    Under construction, the lobby is closed and only has 1 ATM in the drive-through, which is horrible.

    What's the point of having an ATM in the lobby if there's no way for me to use my chase card to get into said lobby. What a joke.

    Amazingly rude customer service and need an appointment just to open a checking account. First bank I have ever seen that works that way.

    This branch is slow poorly managed and under staffed. One teller in the middle of the day. Go to a different bank

    Thee worst bank out there. Must have an appt. To setup account. They offer a 200.00 coupon. And then refuse to honor it. Scammers and liars.

Recently applied for a new mortgage. The experience was unexpectedly negative. Loan officer assigned to the file was inexperience and unknowledgeable. Unbeknownst to us, she submitted our loan to underwriting with income information we advised countless time to be excluded and sent us a pre-qual letter based on erroneous information. With this letter, we submitted an offer on a home (and let the loan officer know we submitted an offer as well). A few days later, our loan officer emailed us and advised underwriting was unable to approve the loan as she submitted it with incorrect info resulting in our DTI being too high. The only solution offered was to increase our down payment by $99,000.00. We were not able to do this. As such, NFCU withdrew the loan application. 30 minutes later, I had some additional thoughts on how to possibly save the application. Maybe payoff a vehicle loan or a student loan in order to decrease the DTI. I called and emailed and left messages for the loan officer. No response. I called and left messages for the loan officers manager. No response. Very surprised and disappointed in the slow processes, the erroneous processing, the disregard for information provided and the lack of response by the officer and the manager.

I checked my account to see that they hit me with ELEVEN insufficient funds charges totaling up to just over $300. Like any average barely middle class person I panicked. I didn't receive any emails, and my card was not declining even though I had it set to do that. I went in person right after work (admittedly a bit flustered). I explained the situation to Christine and also explained that I literally have an app I can pull money out of my check early if needed for situations like this, and had I gotten an email or notification of ANY KIND that my account was in the negative I would have fixed it. Christine didn't apologize at all she just told me that it "wasn't a bank error" and so "there was nothing she could do." My husband and I already felt uneasy about the rebrand of the bank, and that all the benefits of banking here left with the rebrand. We will be pulling the rest of our funds from Create Credit Union after I get paid IN TWO DAYS and we will be looking into another credit union. These guys no longer care about their customers and it's honestly really sad. I have never felt more scammed by a bank. UPDATE TO THE RESPONSE: NO! You have NOT been in communications with me since last year that is a blatant complete and utter lie. I have received NO emails regarding that. Again, any other bank I have ever had would have DECLINED the charges so I could fix it. Not taking accountability has just confirmed our decision to leave. Have the day you deserve.
