She made the entire process seamless. From the moment my son and I walked into the Woodland Hills branch, we were greeted right away. The office is so welcoming, and the entire staff was warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Eugenia is knowledgeable, dependable, and so flexible with my busy schedule. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made everything stress-free. If you need help with checking, savings, loans, credit cards, or even online banking, Eugenia is the person to see. She is a true asset to Logix, and I'm so grateful she's my go-to banker. Thank you, Eugenia, for the outstanding service.

We have been banking with Logix for several years, and our past experiences have generally been…read morepositive. Unfortunately, a recent interaction at the Woodland Hills branch was deeply disappointing. In December, my husband visited the branch to deposit the second of two large checks of very similar amounts. After looking up our account, an attendant took the check away to consult with a manager (initials G.B.) without providing any explanation. When the manager came over, he did not introduce himself or explain the situation. Instead, he abruptly asked, "What's up with these checks?" His tone was condescending and inappropriate. The interaction was upsetting enough that my husband later chose to address it directly with G.B., giving him the opportunity to apologize. G.B. claimed he did not recall saying this and stated that they use "certain standard verbiage." He offered an apology only in the form of being sorry that my husband felt offended, without taking responsibility for his conduct. We strongly disagree that "what's up with these checks" is acceptable or standard language to use with customers. At a minimum, the manager should have introduced himself, explained the concern, and allowed my husband the opportunity to respond. A few days later, my husband contacted Member Services to report the incident. The representative agreed that the treatment was unacceptable. However, it has now been two months, and we have received no follow-up from the bank. We expected, at the very least, a letter of apology and some indication that the issue had been addressed. This experience has significantly diminished our confidence in the level of professionalism and customer care at this branch and with Logix.

Opening an account with Financial Partners Credit Union was incredibly easy, and their competitive…read moreCD rates made the decision even better. Their checking account has no fees as long as you're a member and maintain a minimum balance in savings. My mother and I both made the switch, and we couldn't be happier! A special shoutout to John H., who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. His great customer service made everything smooth and stress-free. I'm excited to continue my financial journey with Financial Partners. Plus, they're a credit union--not for profit, but for the community. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend!

Had I been told how things should have been handled correctly, none of what I'm going through would have transpired. The bank manager even signed off on the issue at hand and to be transparent I feel as if maybe that's why I'm being treated as a criminal. A simple mistake transpired and I do not owe this bank a dime and yet they put me in a system where I can't open another bank account. They have the power to undo this so I could at least go elsewhere and all they are doing is reading policies and procedures instead of really taking the situation at hand under the microscope. Going in more than once and pleading with the upper management, I was so distraught considering the fact that what happened was a direct result of the back office's instruction. Not to mention this whole time, I was in the process of burying my 10 year old son, and whether or not they wanted to bank with me or not, the fact that they would place me on such a restraint of not being able to open anywhere just dumbfounds me. I literally can't go to any bank, whether it be an online branch or a physical walk in branch. No online bank, nothing! They put me on a system that no institution no matter the entity will even consider giving me an account. All they had to do was remove me from said system to at least part ways but give me a chance to bank somewhere else. They kept going back and forth blaming policies and procedures. This credit union is known for its intimacy. Isn't this what a union is for?!?! I had no bad history nor did anything that transpire seem fishy our whole relationship though short lived. I understand if they don't want to continue a banking relationship. But tarnish the possibility to? I have 7million followers on TikTok and 4 million on Instagram. I can't wait to host a live and see what the people say. I already know who my co-hosts are going to be. One thing I can always count on are my loyal followers. They always help share and repost. I came to get a replacement debit card and their line times are so quick and they are so friendly about it. I've…read moredone all my checking since I switched banks with US Bank and I've always gone to this location for questions use of the ATM etc. It's inside of the Ralph's supermarket but I've always considered it my bank my branch. However, I have a different personal situation why you need it to talk to somebody at the branch because I needed to know how to open up a specific type of account and what documentation was needed and is simply awesome general questions. I did bring some documents with me and they were of high importance and couldn't be left with just anybody. I did see somebody and the private office to the side and it looks like maybe they've been having a personal conversation with somebody there or what I could overhear they weren't really speaking about accounts. So I stood in line and figured I would ask the gentleman behind the window. I did explain why I was there and he mumbled something that I couldn't understand but it was to the effect that he didn't know. He then motioned that I needed to wait to talk to the person sending next to him helping another customer. That person then provided me with some very very vague information but then explained in lieu of his vague information I would need to leave My original legal documents with them to see if the account could be approved etc. I thought to myself let me understand this you didn't provide me in any information you were very very very very very vague and now with your lack of ability to know anything about my question you want me to leave legal documents originals in your possession? This was at the point I thought to myself nope time to walk out. I went to another bank not too far away and let me tell you the customer service was amazing and the thoroughness at which they were willing to immediately help me and guide me with simply amazing. Maybe these two US Bank tellers should get trained by the other bank down the street.
