Last week I had to cash a few small checks and their was an issue with a $27 check. The manager, Wes Jenkins, came out from the back and treated me so poorly I was shocked. He was rude, condescending and could not have been less professional. I spoke with a district manager about the incident and nothing more came of it. I closed my account the next day.

Then, you sit at a desk and have a personal appointment with a banker whether you are getting a couple dollars or having a more in depth appointment. The people who work here are all very helpful and friendly, and give you excellent personal service. It is very personable and efficient. I have never experienced any problems. And, when there were problems with the credit union in general sending out tax information, I was able to come to the branch and have them print off all necessary information. There is also a convenient location inside of Oakland University for students very close to this one.

I'm lucky if I can use the same card for a year before I have a fraudulent charge and my account is locked down and I'm forced to get a new card. I took all the steps they recommended (RFID protection sleeve on the card, security PIN for debit fraud protection, using secure websites for purchasing) and it still happens. And all I get is "oh well it happens here's your new card." I just got my third card in as many years. If I didn't have a loan through them at the moment I might be looking elsewhere I'm so frustrated.
