Chase, which has more money than God runs this location with an untrained skeleton crew. The girls at the front counter basically run the show, but know little about what they are doing. Just to have some required account paperwork done, required 4 return visits. Chase Bank at 34630 N North valley pkwy 01, Phoenix, Az 85086 is a stand out, amazing CHASE LOCATION! This is a much over due review as they continue to give me reasons to leave a review. I typically go to the Chase in Cave Creek. It is my hometown bank and I LOVE THIS LOCATION. My parents live closer to the north Valley location and it is a perfect fit for them! My parents are in their late 80's and recently moved to Az. They loved their home town bank and were reluctant to give a different bank their time. They/we could not be happier. This is all because of DANI CAMPBELL-is outstanding in her field! She has the best customer service and she is extraordinary at her job. We made an appointment with her (she was recommended by Pedro at my chase bank-Cave creek). She spent over an hour setting up everything for my parents. Additionally she followed up with my parents on several occasions making sure they didn't have additional questions. My parents left that meeting feeling as though Dani was family. She is so thoughtful and sweet. She was able to explain everything to my parents and give them great options. Chase offered bonus money to open certain accounts. She followed up to make sure mom and dad received the bonus. She truly cares about her clients and that they remain happy even after they join Chase. Excellent, above and beyond customer service! Dani even returned my call after 5:00. I think she must live there. lol WE ALSO LOVE and met with ALANNA WHITE- relationship banker. She was also amazing and helpful!Her customer service mimicked Dani's. She was also extraordinary at her job! I would also like to give a shot out to RYLAND-MGR bc when Dani was out of town - he followed up with us! We also contacted him a couple of times with questions. He was AMAZING and I know why he is a manager! I think it is a prerequisite that you must be extraordinary to work here! The team work is outstanding! My parents remain over the moon about CHASE. It has been a year now and they are well versed on the chase app (thanks to Dani and Alanna's patient ways. It is the hometown feel that they left but found again in this bank! Do not go here!! worthless poor communications and too worried about doing too much work

Unlike some of the other people who have given a review to this bank, I can only say that I was very, very disappointed with their service and professionalism. My parents both passed, so I went in as the Trustee to their trust account. I took all the documentation that I had. I found out over a week later by going back to the branch, the banker who was helping me forgot to send the paperwork to their "back office". Okay, mistakes happen. Going back a third time 3-4 days later, only to be told they needed more paperwork. Okay, I got them what they needed that day. Now almost a month since I started this ordeal, they still cannot change the name on the accounts or close them. Branch manager said the banker had to send the documents "manually". What? Banker was off that day and he could not get into her business emails to check for updates. ???? They have never contacted me with any updates or requests during this entire time. It seems they just wait for me to come back into their branch to disappoint me. They told me they would call with updates. NOT Well, suffice to say, I will not be banking here after I get this account closed. read more

I could give them zero stars I would. Went in there to get a check authorize that account existed there. For insurance payout on my truck. So I cod deposit at another bank. The manager there, don't remember his name honestly but it was a guy chubby and kinda bald. Total and complete waste of space. He had every excuse not to help us. My buddy's business has been there for over 15 years banking and wouldn't verify his account. I should be reimbursed for my wasted time. This man should be fired as I went over, to my bank Wells Fargo and they verified my account within 1 minute of arriving. And the my even confined the manager over there was a total idiot. If I could give negative 100 stars I would. Just to point out how horrible the service was I waited more than a week to post this to see if maybe I was just having a bad day. And nope I was right the guy was a total bafoon. Chase bank upper management needs to check in on this guy because I'm not the only one to complain about him but aparently the first to post about him. read more

I have received excellent customer service from this branch, mainly from Pedro and the manager Donny. Unlike the Anthem branch, where I do not feel welcome and certain tellers have attitudes. I live in Anthem and will drive to this Tramonto branch just for the customer service. The Anthem branch should take customer service lessons from this branch!!!! The fact that banking representatives must be behind glass now is the only reason I can think of to give this company anything less than a 5 Star review. Honestly, I hope everyone reads as many reviews as possible before doing business with anyone. The greeter came out to welcome us within 5 mins of walking in, signing in & sitting down. Our personal banker took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know and made switching banks super easy! Representatives are nice & engaging. At the counter, the bankers always offer my children a sucker before leaving. Keep up the great work!!! read more

I went in this morning to get papers printed and was greeted by an annoyed branch manager ! ( which he was already like that on the phone when I called ) I'm sorry I'm asking you to do your job and help me ? Donny said I'm the only one here with two bankers so i might not be able to help you and you'll have to comeback. ( FYI it's not my fault you're understaffed) I was in shock when I asked who the manager was and he said him ( Donny ) . Shame on you chase bank ! During such a crazy time and I trust in you to keep my money there! Overall he printed the documents but you can bet that's the last time I'll visit that branch !!!!
