Today -- a day that was so stressful from the start -- had a happy ending thanks to their patience, kindness, efficiency, and sincerity in helping us with 2 wire transfers that needed to make it out on time. They were both so warm, welcoming, and understanding from the moment we arrived for our appointment to the moment we said goodbye. They were thorough and as thoughtful as I imagine they would be with their own family members. We were incredibly surprised and impressed. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this one needs to be heard. We had the absolute worst service at Wells Fargo yesterday. We came into deposit not cash just deposit an insurance check we had all our documentation they wrote All over the check. We were there an hour and a half and they kept coming up with some b******* why they couldn't deposit it. And then at the very end they told us the writing on the check was too faint or some other BS story I have no idea. So we went to my fiance's credit union and it took us less than 10 minutes to get it all handled and deposited into his account with no problems. We knew it is a big check and we have to wait for it to clear we had no issues with that we didn't want any money right away literally we were there an hour and a half. The tellers were horrible and the manager didn't seem to know what she was doing. I will give one good star for the representative who came over to try to help us and she was very friendly.. I can't wait to take all my money out of this bank and switch over to the credit union with my fiance I never want to come back to this bank again. read more

This is the worst Wells Fargo in the Inland Empire by far. The tellers are so lazy they hand you the withdrawal slip and tell you to fill it out yourself. And they have the nerve to interrupt you while you are writing. And talking to each other and laughing. So unprofessional. And no line of customers waiting either. They are absolutely the worst with customers. Not only do they give you false information on closing a bank account but they just are awful. Went in with $40 just to cash out for a dollar bills to make a money lei for a graduation cap but they couldn't help me. I don't understand why you have to have a bank account with them in order to just get change. I will never refer them to anybody. Too bad yelp makes you give them one star which I wish I could give them negative stars. They have always been a nightmare. read more

I went to the merchant line and asked for help and the lady sat behind the desk told me it's not open today and they didn't have anybody to help me. But as I'm standing in line a Hispanic couple walked in and asked her the same thing and she went and helped them right away. I didn't get her name but she wears glasses with light hair pulled in a bun. read more

The experience I have had so far with this location has been great. They had what I was looking for. Great customer service. I bank at another bank but thinking to maybe switch over. I regret starting a business account here. They royally screwed it up. They pressured me, up-sold, and just generally tried to get me to open more accounts. All the while, the "banker" had many sales awards on his table next to his desk. I guess it's easy to sell when you're not honest or competent. He screwed up accounts, like the debit card had the PIN of the credit card, and vice versa, and when I tried to put money into the account, it went into the wrong one, etc. It was a headache. If he put the effort into setting things up right that he put into pressuring people to buy stuff, this story would have ended differently. Now Wells Fargo is being fined $185 million for starting fraudulent accounts for customers' without their knowledge of consent, and racking up fees. Good!! Who cares about customer service, or doing things the right way, when you can create fake accounts, or pressure people to open multiple accounts, maybe that's why Wells Fargo made $23 billion in profit last year!! Go to another bank, or better yet, a credit union. Do NOT go here. read more

This branch isn't even close to my house yet I will continue to come to this location whenever necessary. I visited a different branch the day before and was offered no help and treated like I was less than human. I came to this branch today and first of all, was treated with respect and secondly I was given the information necessary to complete my transaction. My teller was Leaona and she must have been wide awake and taking notes during her training because she was on point. 100% perfect customer service. Someone give this girl a raise. read more

I needed to close my account and looked online to see the hours. By chance, I noticed that this place had some sort of reservation system online so that you can make your appointments ahead of time. I thought that was strange, rather than convenient. When I looked at the Yelp reviews and read how people show up without appointments and waited after signing in, I knew that I had to make an appointment. I showed up at my usual earlier-than-appointed time. The rep who looked at the list of people who were waiting for an appointment took me since there was no one with a scheduled appointment before me. The list of walk-ins was already growing. I expected to be cajoled into staying with the bank, but the rep who saw me didn't do that. Probably it was because I told him it takes me almost an hour to take 2 buses to get here. I was really impressed with the branch. A bank that still has tellers. If they were closer, I would've stayed. read more

This Wells Fargo can't even print a customer an emergency card even though they have a ton of tellers standing at the front and bankers on phones but heaven forbid you should need to get your money with an actual card. Perhaps you should have one teller who has access for that, instead of me looking at five people doing nothing. Or better yet, give the greeter access. This special location is trash. I have had four business banking accounts for about 9 months at this branch. Everyone at this bank who has worked with me has been outstanding - except the branch Manager Cesar. It is such a shame because, after a single meeting with him today to resolve the latest in a series of problems I have had due to back office mistakes, I ended up deciding to close my accounts. The national business call center, after asking me for five pieces of information to verify my identity, told me that I needed to visit the branch to have what I needed done today. When doing that, I was told I needed to meet with the branch Manager. Cesar looked at my card and asked my first name but other than that did nothing to verify my identify. I asked why I needed to come in and was told it was to make sure I was who I claimed to be. When I pointed out that, having never met me, he'd asked me for less information than the national call center - he shrugged and told me it was bank policy. I took the opportunity to give him some feedback on my prior experiences because, like today, they were frequently a waste of my time. I never heard him apologize once for any of the issues I had in the past. He didn't seem remotely interested in my business - including the commission on $150,000 of credit card transactions a year. He showed no concern for the time I spent needing to get things re-done that were not completed the first time. I have never met anyone with less training and/or skills in customer service. He acted like I was wasting his time. As a business owner, my first words when anyone has an issue with their experience with my business are "I am so Sorry - how can I make this right for you?". I was taught this when I was 17 with a part-time job at K-Mart. All of his staff have outstanding customer service skills - so it amazes me that he has no clue. Because of this experience, I will not do any further business with Wells Fargo at any branch. read more

I have been waiting to speak to a banker for 20 minutes. An older couple has been waiting 20 minutes more than me. There are 7 of us currently on the list. They have a lot of people walking around but no one helping customers. It's 430 and they don't seem to have enough bankers on staff. I just want a replacement card. The old couple were finally called and instead of walking them over to a desk to speak privately the banker is trying to have them explain the reason for their visit in front of everyone. Extremely slow and unprofessional. Should have went to a different branch. read more

This bank sucks ass I've had deposits not go through and the money just goes missing after that I called quiets and closed my checking and savings account but kept the prepaid credit card because they were the only bank to give me a dam credit card after a while it was going okay no problem. We took out a personal loan that was SUPPOSED to be automatically paid through checking. The teller screwed up,and it came out of our savings instead. So we got a letter about insufficient funds. Went to the bank and was promised a phone call from the bank manager,never happened. They scrwed screwed up AGAIN and the payment STILL didn't come out right,and now my credit was affected.
