This particular location is awesome! The bank is very well managed. All employees are friendly and helpful. This branch is super busy with limited tellers, but the tellers are always happy to help you knowing they have around 15-20 people in line. Always greet you with a big smile. Despite the long lines they work fast to keep the line going. Love the Rialto city decor. read more

It's IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone at the branch by phone! All morning, it rings 5 or 6 times then goes to a recording with ANOTHER number (I called it...she was very pleasant but couldn't access the area where I had a question) so it looks like another visit to the branch. read more

I wanted to open an investment account for my son. I tried calling to inquire about making an appointment at this branch. Calling does not get you to the bank... so I ended up getting a general line that transferred me various times. I got to someone at JP Morgan that said that I would need to make an appointment online and go to the branch. I did that. When I arrived I was told the type of banker I needed to meet with was an investment account rep and that they couldn't help me. Oh and the kicker... they only have one investment account rep who goes to multiple branches and is only available during week days until like 4:00. Who can take time off work to meet this mystery rep? Welp, they took our number and said they would have him reach out to schedule an appointment... he never did. Just a complete waste of time. read more

If you want to go inside the bank and process a transaction with a teller, good luck! Expect to wait about 30-60mins before seeing the teller. They have tons of people greeting at the door, but no human tellers to assist the 50+ people in line that goes out the door. They installed automated tellers inside, but they don't process most transactions customers come inside the bank for (change, cashiers checks, payroll cashing etc). Customer service has gone downhill, they need more branches in the area to be able to handle the demand from customers. I feel like I'm in line at Walmart. read more

The last review I left was five years ago. This branch of Chase has gone down hill. It's the only branch that I know of that has FILTHY ATM machines. I use gloves because of the caked in grime and the "doors" are barely hanging on. Makes you worry about scamming parts being added to them so I only go to this branch when I absolutely have no choice. read more

The worst. "Their systems are always down." Banks already are an outdated system for money, but this specific branch has corporate friendliness with the worse customer service. I called to make sure there was no covid protocol to follow & if I can book an appointment. They reassured me by saying there is no need for one. I showed up & they said their systems were down and didn't want me to wait. So then I call 2 days later to book an appointment, they send me to their "private bankers" & no one answers. I call again, they say just show up. I show up & "everyone is booked." I'm surprised this branch isn't shut down because of the reviews. read more

I love chase bank but this branch is absolutely terrible. They have people standing around waiting in the front area greeting you but nobody is available for help. I needed change for $100 and they had to call a manager. This manager Raylina Was extremely rude and condescending. Even though I had an account with Chase and they pulled it up using my card she refused to give me change for $100 because I did not have a business account. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and not what I expect from Chase customer service. I will never return to this branch due to the awful service from the manager. read more

We went in to have a Living Trust notarized on Tuesday, April 19, 2022. We were told we could come back at 2 pm; it was 9:15 am or we could make an appointment. So we made an appointment directly with the notary for Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 2 pm. We show up for the appointment today and we're told the notary isn't in. He went home sick. Is he the only one in charge of appointment? No one could let us know not to go into the bank? As a bank customer we were told the notary services were free but we ended up going to a notary service and paid to have the Living Trust notarized. The timing was critical to have this notarized today. This process was frustrating for the elderly parents and family that came in from out of state to take care of this. read more

No customer service the machines don't work and they don't care if you spend all day at the machines

It's almost 10 and there's already a huge line. For Saturday, this sucks. They also have several ATMs inside but doesn't do me any good when I need cashiers check. Not happy camper. Maybe cause I'm hungry... Only 3 tellers for this huge line. Ridiculous! I hate this damn bank and its location. read more

I arrived at the Chase Bank in Rialto, California at 3:40 pm. The Branch closed at 4 pm. Dulce and a few other associates who were not helping any customers, refused to help me with my issue and told me that I needed to make an appointment and come back another day. They showed on compassion for me. I arrived 20 minutes before the branch closed. I needed help with my account because I received a fraud alert by Email and text. I was Instructed to call Chase fraud department. As a result, my debit card was suspended. I could not get though to chase costumer service by phone. My account has been opened 25 years. I am greatly disappointed in how insensitive the Management and Staff treats faithful customers. read more

One of the VERY few banks that I don't mind going in to. Granted I don't ever go in during peak hours or weekends so I am usually in and out. The only thing I don't like is that they don't run their money which means that when I pull out large amounts there is no way to guarantee all the money is real. I haven't received a fake bill yet that I know of but these people really need to start running all their bills. read more

The Worst Bank Ever!!! I have never experienced such bad customer Service. Johnny the Personal Banker is the Worst!!! Very Rude!! He was suppose to have his legal team review a document to release funds to my daughter from her account.. The Manager Enrique Rangel insured me that this would be done. We had to wait 3 to 5 business days, just to come back and be told by another banker that this was not done and that we would need to wait another 3 to 5 business days... I would recommend going to another branch if you need any assistance with your account. This Branch needs to close down and Johnny needs to be held responsible for not doing his job!!! read more

Worst customer service ever! They open at 9am I was there at 9:10 to access my safe deposit box. I was the second person in the waiting list. By 9:30 there were 8 people waiting to be seen by an associate. I went and asked one or the associates (Mike Yanez) if there was a person helping customers waiting to be seen by an associate and he said that he was the only one but he was so busy helping the line of people waiting to make a transaction with a teller that he couldn't help us. He told me that there were so many chase branches I could go to. He was so rude and disrespectful, even other customers were surprised they way he was talking to me. I don't go to that chase branch because I want to, I go because that's the only branch with safe deposit boxes in the Fontana/Rialto area. I usually go to the chase in Fontana (citrus/foothill) and I have no problems with them. read more

very poor customer service, walked in clueless of where to go to get an item faxed to chase claims, the guy who worked helping people on the floor looked right at me and said nothing. he just stood there staring at everybody with an annoyed look in his face. so instead of leaving right away I decided to get in line for the bankers behind the glass who handle the money, who then told me that they can't help me with faxing, that they don't fax things for people at chase. then I told her it was from claims and she then said that I would need to sign in to get help to fax. at that point I told her the man didnt even help me when walking in, which upon finishing our conversation she didn't bother apologizing for the man's rudeness in not even acknowledging me. very unprofessional location all-around had to waste my gas and time and now money just to go get it faxed at the UPS store, never again. read more
