Chase Bank in San Dimas Arrow Hwy is HORRIBLE. For the last two weeks both ATM's have been broken. I suggest moving to BofA, not once have I ever seen their machines broken. If you work 9-5 and depend on banking through ATM's, this bank is not for you. read more

Getting money at Chase on Sunday is normally not my routine because it's closed, and do you still remember you can access the lobby ATM inside with your debit card, not sure why it stopped, you can scan the card at the entrance as many times as you like but it won't open the door for you, so you end up with the only option which is the ATM outside, where sometimes I just don't feel safe withdrawing money if I don't know my surroundings very well, that's why they started with the ATM drive thru, and even with that you could still get robbed, but since it was far from home, I decided to make an exception and pulled in, the location was pretty clear except for a guy driving around his truck picking up trash in the parking lot, surprisingly the cash came out with perfect condition bills no wrinkles soiled or stained. I am glad I had someone in the car to watch my back during my transaction. read more

Did a quick in and our. Unheard of at a bank right?!? Well I was in and out and less than 10 minutes. It was actually pretty empty and I came in right before closing at 4:50pm. This is the worst chase! I live only one minute away but yet, still drive to the other chase even though it's father for me. They only have 2 atms and one is always broken, the other one always has a long line. The inside is always a long wait with other tellers just sitting around with a huge line. I found credit unions to have a much newer technology infrastructure, and much more cost effective, so I closed my Chase accounts. My Chase checking account was $12 a month without direct deposit, my credit union checking account is $5 a month without direct deposit. A savings account is free. Credit unions operate as non-profit organizations, so accordingly, operate more economically. Credit union ATM cards are good for deposits or withdrawals at any ATM with the Co-op logo. read more

Went into the bank and Got my money order and deposited cash in 2 minutes flat! Super professional and pleased with my visit today, the teller even found a pair of glasses on the counter and asked if they were mine as I was leaving out the door. So disappointed with this bank, Came in 12/14 was helped with Jonas, was unable to help me with my withdrawal. Came on 12/15 again just to wait for 45 mins when Jonas keeps telling me he's almost done with my transaction just in the end to give me a post it number to call and tell me to come back tomorrow. Like How frustrating is that? Had to come twice in the middle of my shift just to get a deposit. I waited for about 45 mins to just grab the rest of my funds. I closed my account already with chase and trying to access the rest of my funds was hard. I transferred to a different bank now, only came to this branch because it was closer to work. This is one of the better Chase locations in my area. There's an expansive parking lot in this shopping plaza that Chase shares, so you won't have issues with finding parking. The ATM machines have been upgraded, therefore no need to worry about slow deposit and withdrawal errands done here. Additionally, customer service in this actual bank is attentive and welcoming on all my in-bank visits, so no complaints on that. Again, it's one of my go-to Chase locations near my hometown due to efficient ATMs, huge parking lot it shares with the shopping plaza, and wonderful customer service from the bank tellers. read more

I received a letter from Chase that they were closing my original branch and to call Chase to make an appointment to close out my safe deposit box. I live out of state. When I did the person gave me wrong information and would not let me make an appointment. I am now back in South Carolina and will not be going to California any time soon. Now the employees say at Chase that if I don't come in person they will just give the contents of my safe deposit box to the state of California. Even after I flew to California and requested to close out my box. They are just plain stupid at Chase and do not care for their depositors at all. read more

Do. Not. Go. To. This. Branch. The general manager here, Laurie Friess, is awful. She was rude unprofessional and completely dismissive. I went there with my children to open accounts for them and this woman could not be bothered to get up and assist us. I was told to return at another time to see a banker. The way she spoke to me was appalling. I'm closing my Chase account and opening kids accounts elsewhere. Disgusting behavior from a manager! She was so rude in front of her employees, other customers, and worst of all my kids (who were excited to open accounts!). Just gross. Horrible experience. Don't know why anyone would be hatin' on Chase bank. I mean, they have zillions of banks and ATMs, if you are a creditworthy client they post your checks the next day, they offer very good, consistent service. I opened a couple of my kids accounts here. They have a free high school checking account with debit card which is useful for kids to learn about taking care of finances. read more

Banks are banks... but when the human service is incorporated, this Chase is genuinely nice. I have dealt with this new branch in San Dimas through work & everyone I have got to meet have been so cordial & hospitable. They are all helpful without being too persistent. The branch manager, Agustin has been very involved with the community trying to get the word out of the bank through many resources & I think it has paid off. Had to wait an hour to talk to someone about an account. Worst bank you can have your money in wether it's business or personal.

Wish could rate this 10 negative stars because this branch needs to be shut down. Waited for over 2 hours to cash a check. Asked them to call another branch where I usually go they lied saying the other branch nearby was closed. Kept making up some lame excuses why they couldn't give me my money. Never go to this Chase avoid AVOID AVOID. Why this branch is open is BEYOND me. read more

This particular chase bank is, unfortunately, one of the worst chases around in my opinion. On 3 separate days of multiple calls, I was never able to get a live person on the phone and going in person they were not time efficient by any means. Called about 8 times each day before going in, and unfortunately theres no opinion to leave a message to get a call back. Not sure if they just let the phone ring or what but there's no excuse to miss 20+ calls. A business needs to have a way to be reached... especially a bank. Avoid this branch if you can use one of the others near by, terrible management here. The one close by off Route 66 has never given me a problem! read more

I'm very disappointed with this branch of chase bank. I've had to use their services multiple times and this branch always seems to be screwed up. Recently I went in to open a new commercial account (I've heard good things about chase commercial). I went into this branch at 2:30pm on a Thursday, stood in line for a teller, then was told to wait for the bankers. I waited about 5 minutes when a concierge came out and told me the banker was busy and couldn't help me until the next Tuesday at 4pm. Wow, I didn't realize bankers were so slammed with work, especially since this particular one was just sitting there on his phone. I asked is there were earlier ones (again) and was then told that last spot was taken, and now had to wait til Wednesday, almost a week from this initial visit. I went back in after changing my schedule around to accommodate, and the time changed again. But this was after 3pm, and the same banker that was "slammed" with work, was now chatting with the concierge guy. Hmm, so busy? Doing what? Playing on your phone? Discussing weekend plans? Needless to say, but I went elsewhere and love my choice. I spoke with a bank representative in the escalation department, Kristin Delaney, who was beyond rude. As soon as I spoke with her I received nothing but attitude. I asked if I could speak to someone else and she said absolutely not, there's no else that could assist me. I couldn't believe what she was saying. She advised me we were being recorded, and I told her I was relieved because as far as I was concerned, she was the person that was acting irate. I like Chase Bank, but as far as this experience went, this person left me feeling helpless and angry and made me consider not only closing my account but advising others to close their accounts as well. read more

I have been with chase for over 6 years but i have to say this is my favorite branch! Everyone is so friendly. Kim is wonderful , she's the branch manager she's always helpful. The tellers are great they know me by name now but my favorite tellers are christina and suhayla. I am always in a rush and they help me fill out my forms with a smile on there face and get my deposits and payments In quickly. And the bankers are great. Irwin has been helping me out for the passed few months and he has the best customer service , he built great report with me and my family. We always go to him for all our banking needs. He's super friendly , and always reassures me that he's going to take good care of me and he also deals with me and fills out my paperwork for me and gets me in and out quickly. I seriously love this branch they are amazing , the wait isn't long at all. Even if the teller line is long the bankers will take care of you and that's huge for me Bcs I'm always rushing. Went to cash a check $5450.00 it was chase account but i dont have an account with chase they refuse to cash the check i had to call the check owner so he can talk to the branch manager and he did, went back again they cash the check but they charge me $6.00 because i dont have an account with them.. I will never have an account with chase they are NO good. read more
