And, I am writing specifically about the employee named Aracelli ( I believe she is in a managerial position). She is absolutely amazing in her expertise, her kindness, and her ability to deal with the public. She has always been able to handle any concerns I've had, no matter how small or complicated. All the employees there have been helpful to me, but Aracelli stands out in every aspect. I really feel I can count on her to "walk me through" anything I have questions about.

You can see from all of the low ratings on Bank of America branches around this area that my…read moreexperience is common. I am surprised, but then again, I'm not. Having been with BOA for more than 30 years, I've seen this bank lose its sight when it comes to serving its customers. Don't put your money in this bank. The service is terrible, and the people working there are unhelpful. Their internal systems and procedures are old and out of date. Their bankers are only trained in one area of business, and they proudly claim to be specialists. What this really means is that they can't help you with multiple disciplines like the old bankers used to do. If you say the wrong keyword, the reply will be, "Oh, that's not my expertise. You need to make an appointment with another 'specialist' for that." Are you a bank or a hospital? Don't bring your money here; you will regret it. Don't say I didn't warn you. Just read the reviews and feedback. This bank has lost its way. It's just terrible. Oh, by the way, they don't serve walk-in customers. The esteemed "Mr. Dr. Banker" can only see you by appointment. And if you are late by one minute, good luck trying to keep your appointment..

I closed my Citi bank accounts and am never returning back or recommending them to anyone I know…read moreagain. A few years ago, they changed my account type (I'm sure with "appropriate mail warnings but whatever). The balance needed to be minimum $10,000 and I was getting charged fees every month. After the end of the debacle of which they only refunded two months' worth of fees, I said "SEND ME AN ALERT IF I EVER GET ANOTHER FEE" and they said OK. A few years later, I get fees again because there's no direct deposit on the account. If there's mail "warnings", I'm not getting them. No notifications of fees. I go into a branch and the manager said he will call me in a few days regarding the fees. He never called. I went in a few weeks later and a different manager was there and said he couldn't do anything about the fees at all. So I said enough is enough, I'm closing my accounts right then and there. So this manager - he knows he needs to authorize the closure - what he does is goes away into a back room to talk to a fellow employee for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, the lone teller is awkwardly waiting for him to come back and a line forms behind me. Like, he literally saw me go up to the teller and then he immediately proceeded to vanish. I don't think this was intentional at all, but it was negligent. For me, I didn't really care. I would've waited an hour to get rid of my accounts. I felt bad for the customers behind me in line. So the person closing their accounts, never to return to Citi again, showed more concern for the customers waiting in line than the manager. Anyways, I hope all the hundreds of fee money they took from me was worth it. I posting my experiences on other social media as well b/c that's how spiteful I'm being about this.
