When I asked again for just the cash amount, she refused, speaking in a very negative tone. When I asked her what I did to deserve such a negative tone, she said that she's not going to speak to me in a fake voice acting like she's all sweet. I said I didn't want her to be fake, but I wanted her to be kind, like I was being with her. She gave me attitude, and then refuse to serve me. I had to wait 10 minutes for another teller to serve me, making me late to my appointment. The teller who served me, Steven, was kind, friendly and courteous, as he usually is. After my experience, the associates and some of the customers came up to me, apologizing for the treatment I received. It was clear to everyone that she was in the wrong. In my 14 years banking with Bank of America, I've never been treated so poorly by a teller. My heart goes out to Jennie: it must be difficult to be caring around so much negativity.
