Nice people but they don't answer their phones at this branch in a timely manor and the bank overall is not helpful to small businesses. Parking can also be an issue in the afternoon. If you have an issue with your accounts, first you ll have to wait anywhere from 25-30 minutes, then you ll be given the same "regulations" bs, only to learn what you already knew! I'm used to the Chase branch near my home, so I was taken aback by how stark and impersonal this branch is. I walked in here to find a bunch of ATMs instead of people. I saw one person sitting at a desk; I'm guessing he handled loans. He didn't look up and greet people. All the teller windows were closed, even though there were other customers at the ATMs. Unfortunately I didn't get what I went in for...new bills for the Lunar New Year. Instead the ATM spit out a bunch of old bills, and there was no option to selection $10 bills (only $100, $20, $5, $1). Going back to my branch for new bills and friendly smiles. read more

This is my second time driving up to the ATM which did not recognize my debit card so I had to park and go up to the building to pull out cash. I saw a lot of frustrated ppl go through the same ordeal as me. I tried using this machine a few weeks prior. It defeats the whole purpose of convenience for a drive-through ATM. I would think by now Chase should had the issue fixed but they haven't!! So if you bank here often (which I don't), please complain to them about it so the non-working ATM can be quickly fixed or maybe new cards need to be reissued to their clients! My mom went to this bank last week to do her banking. She need to reorder checks. A banker name Peter came up offer to help her. He kept on talking and talking all she need was to reorder her check. He called another banker to help my mom but the female banker end up trying to get her to open a new account or invest. My mom was shock and felt bombarded. So she repeat herself to the two bankers. All I need was to reorder check. I know bankers need to meet their goals and commission. But you need to earn the customer trust and do what the customer request 1st. Corrupt Establishment and transparent about it too, I recently opened a new checking account, I had received a $300 voucher for a new checking account with direct deposit, 30 minutes into the process and at the very last step, I was told I did not qualify for the $300, big whoop, I went ahead and followed through anyways even considering I had a bad experience with chase in the past (hence why I "didn't qualify" for the incentive, again another mishap on chases part but a different story for a different day), just didn't want to restart the process with another bank, needed the checking...whatever, Let's keep in mind I was never even offered a temporary debit card at the time of opening (at most banks this is standard), a week later and no card in the mail so I try making a purchase using Google pay and transaction was declined, fast forward past hours of overseas calls and all the trouble I went through that day with another branch (complete unprofessionalism displayed by the reps and literally having the cops called on me for getting ever slightly frustrated with their telephone rep, half way across the world, inside the branch), I decided contacting their complaint department that night, long story short 2.5 hours more & 15 illiterate agents later I find out there was no problem with my check as the other branch had suggested and turns out chase did not deem my 3 forms of government IDs including my social security and driver license appropriate since the address didn't match the residential address I had provided, and somehow this was my problem, complete rejection of any responsibility or willingness to explore potential solutions, TO THEIR MISTAKE... (didn't seem like an issue when taking my money and opening the account), anyways, all I was requiring WAS redeeming my funds and closing the account, they were willing to send me a check in the mail 3 weeks later after the account automatically closed , and after getting frustrated I was blocked from the ability to ever contacting the phone support EVER , so naturally next day I tried visiting this branch and met with Maria, rudest Agent (or potentially just incompetent), completely unwilling to provide any support (or maybe covering up for not knowing how to do her job) or willingness to explore any means of resolving the problem, even after calling their overseas line and accepting that this problem was completely on their part and I had done everything within my means that I could to resolve the situation, so she asked if there was anything else she could do (I'm not kidding) , I said I will be here until my funds are returned back to me and she literally said she was going to call the cops (I'm sorry for the Emojis but this is just really funny looking back) and left the cubicle, only to return with her Superior, Karen, Koren? w.e. clearly she had the slightest sense of reason, correcting MARIAS immature attempt to cover up/defuse the mess she had created by getting rid of me via. CALLING THE POLICE , anyways perhaps they decided that would be unwise for w.e reason??? (sarcasm implied here*) and to return my balance and close the account (again, the slightest level of sensibility shown through days of dealing with chase representatives, but im not sure if this deserves a medal at this point), this is not how you treat and handle escalations, specially when YOU ARE COMPLETELY 100% AT FAULT and customer has nothing to do with the mistake, calling the cops on unsatisfied clients and shutting them out seems to be routine here, freezing a person's livelihood with complete disregard of that person's well being, and showing a complete lack of accountability is not an OK business strategy. will never do business with Chase again and I suggest steering clear from this corrupt, money hungry, ruthless, Establishment. read more

I really like this chase. Aside from being in one of the worst intersections in OC. Customer service is always great and with a smile. The tellers always ask about your day and how your doing, and seem to make good conversation lol. read more

Don't go to this Chase branch! Tellers don't know what they are doing and the manager is rude as h***. They held my regular pay check for no reason for 7 days and gave me no explanation for it. I called and complained about it and they are kept on saying "wait, wait, we will call you back and let you know." Then what? Nobody called. My balance went minus because of their no reason to pu hold on my deposit check and don't want to deal with the problem. I am so upset with them and thinking about calling their headquarter for major complaints. The branch manager is very IRRESPONSIBLE AND RUDE. A worst bank branch I've been to. EVER!!!! read more

Totally agree with all the bad experience. I came to open a personal account and deposit all the saving money. The wait is ridiculous long. They keep telling me only few minutes but their few minutes mean an hours. We are waiting and the asian guy without glasses. His table is on the right where the private client is. Instead of helping the customer out, he walked out to get his coffee and let us wait. Totally arrogant and unprofessional banker. I will never return to this location. This bank has to be the slowest chase bank in the country! They only have two teller windows available and there's always a line. The DMV is faster and it's no exaggeration!! Go to another chase for sure. Average wait in the few times I've been here is 30 mins!! read more

This bank sends a rep to ask you personal financial questions while you are waiting in a long teller line. They choose to disrespect you in front of others by asking you to disclose your personal financial business in front of other people as they go down the line. They only use two teller windows and cover up the others which causes this back up. When there is a long line, they refuse to open additional teller windows. I tried talking to a manager twice and then the branch manager about how disrespected I felt having to do this. The last time I visited they asked me twice, even when I asked them not to. If you want your business private, it won't happen here. And they don't care. They have plenty of people but not providing efficiency with respect. read more

This chase has really friendly tellers/bankers. It's a shame they put in so many automated machines. I try to go the bank as little as possible but sometimes you just have too. This chase is in a very convenient location so it's easily accessible depending on the time of day. If you're trying to hit it up on a Friday after 4. (Good luck) sometimes they only have 2 teller windows opened and a ton of people waiting. The tellers are great and I can see that they're working as fast as they can but being in a area that's heavily populated with Vietnamese/Hispanic people. They should try to have a few more workers and less machines. I don't think more than half the people that come into this branch even know how to use/understand it. I try to use the machines when I don't need to see someone but I personally don't trust them. I've had 1 machine eat up all my money and then didn't give me a receipt and read an error code. I had to contact the number on the back of my ATM card because the bank said they could not do anything about it. read more

I was helped by a young girl named Alejandra. I explained to her that my purse was stolen with my id and ATM card . And I needed a replacement . She then responded that I would need a type of id to get a replacement card right there and then. otherwise I would have to wait until the card be mailed in . Which would take 5 business days to arrive. She tried to sell me the expedited delivery within three days . It would only cost me $5 bucks. When I made her realize it was Friday and either way I wouldn't get it in three days she got nervous. As I'm speaking to her another female interrupts us and says , well the. We can't give her anything now she ha to wait until it arrives and that's only if she can answer some questions for us to verify that it's really her. I'm appalled by the way she totally ignored that I was their and when I asked for her name because she wasn't wearing her name tag she ignored me and walked away. Then I asked the other gal, and she said her name is Maria . I didn't have a great experience at all. Very unprofessional lady . And I hope she isn't training other employees there . read more
