    BRANCH front

    Very racist staff, and we've had a business account since 2021, but we have always had elongated holds placed on any check we deposited (10-15 days)!!!!! Even if we bring our State employment checks, they're put on hold (10-15 days).

    The absolute worst chase branch to come to. You have to use a card to get into the building. Get over yourself.

    I've had a schools checking and savings account for a few years now. I switched over from Wells…read moreFargo after I went on vacation and they immediately froze my accounts (no phone call). I was stuck without a card for the whole weekend! I love schools because they don't charge me outrageous/random fees, they call FIRST when they see any "suspicious" activity in my account (its happened once or twice buying items online) so I'm not stuck without funds, and you gain a good amount of interest on your cash in your accounts. Also when u lose your debit card they are able to set you up with a new card same day! And not a "temp card". The lines are never that long, atm machines are always working and everyone is super friendly. This week I went in twice to discuss an auto loan. The first time I spoke to Kiran who was very nice and answered my questions although she did seem a little rushed. The second time I went in I spoke to Melinda and she was so awesome! I went ahead and applied for a pre approval for an auto loan. She took the time to answer the million questions I had because this is my first auto loan. This made me feel so much more comfortable working with them. Now off to find a new vehicle! :) And I always recommend schools to everyone I know, friends and family have all had the same great experience !

    I just left this branch a few moments ago and was disappointed with part of the customer service…read moreteam. The gentleman that helped me out today was very patient, and great with my request. Unfortunately, my request came with having to call over another team member to help him. I thought that there was more cash given to the cashier to deposit and when he repeated the total, I asked him for a breakdown of the bills. Let me also say, I should have counted everything before I brought it in and I was completely wrong in thinking that there was more. Whether I was wrong or right, it is still my money and I'm still putting it into this bank. The gentleman was happy to be of service, but it was his coworker who seemed to be having an off day. Because of my request, the cash machine that counts everything had to be reconfigured. After I was shown that the cash machine was indeed correct in its count, and that I was incorrect in my assumption, I apologized several times and let the team know that I was wrong. The lady however, the coworker who came over to assist my request, was visibly frustrated. I can completely understand how frustrating it must be but this is still your job. On top of that, she openly said "now I've got to reconfigure this machine. I am so annoyed right now." I think it is fine to feel what you feel, but it is unprofessional to express these things in front of members who are making a request for correction. I was respectful, spoke in a soft tone, was never rude in anything I said, and apologized several times. I don't think anyone should be penalized for requesting a service that I believe banks should give to their members-this is my money. The cashiers were not wearing name tags so I could not give you an idea of who I was working with, and if they had nameplates on the front, I did not see their names. To the gentleman who helped me today with my requests, thank you very much for your patience. To the lady who was visibly upset, perhaps from other things and maybe my request was just an addition to something she may have already been upset with, I hope you find peace today-but I did not deserve the unprofessional way you treated me.

    As I expected, there was a line as I came in, about an hour before closing. There were two customer…read moreservice assistants at the windows and the line seemed to be moving smoothly. When I arrived at the window, the assistant, Nick and I exchanged greetings. I had my I.D and bank card ready and handed it over. He asked for additional information and sent me a text to ensure extra protection for their customers. I told Nick I appreciated the courtesy. My experience has been positive and I feel confident since banking here.
