Some people might care, others might not, however THE MANAGER & THE OTHER LADY PLUS THE CHILD didn't have customer service. I made it to the laundromat around 4:50 on Christmas Eve. I seen the sign that said they close at 6pm, last wash was at 5pm. I had one big comforter to wash. I walked up to open the door and the DOOR WAS LOCKED, so I decided to walk around to the side door to find out that door was locked too!! Now I was trying to figure out why the door was locked when there were customers in the building still washing clothes. I knocked on the door to see if anyone would come and open the door, the little girl came running to both doors I was at waving her fingers at me saying "no" at this time it's 4:56pm a gentlemen walks out the laundromat and I asked him if he had any reasons to why the door was locked. He didn't know why because he was still washing his clothes. One of the ladies working in the building finally comes to the door but didn't want to open it, I proceed to ask if she could open the door, she just stared at me and told me and it's 2 min till 5 and I'm still confused on why she couldn't open the door when the last wash is 5pm So I decided to walk to the front of the building which is La Michoacana Meat Market to see if they had the same manager. No they don't but it's a short petite lady that usually works in the morning who was the manager is what one of the customers told me. I went back to the laundromat and a lady decided to come from out of her car to unlock the laundromat. I asked her if the was the manager, she ends up telling me she's the manager and explained to her what was going on and I needed to wash. She looks at me and wanted to talk about the sign on the door. At this time it's around 5pm and she asked me how many items I had to wash, I told her I had a comforter. Without a care in the world she asked if I was gone be able to finish my washing in 24 minutes she opened the door and walked in and told me to hold on and ended up having a conversation on the phone. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I MUST SAY!!!

This is by far the worst dry cleaning experience I've ever had, and I genuinely regret giving this business my time and money. Here's a breakdown of a few frustrations: Unprofessional Staff: The lady who works here always seems uninterested in her job and treats certain customers with complete indifference. Every time I drop off my clothes, she expects me to stand there and count out each piece of clothing while she's busy chatting on the phone. Seriously? Uh No! You better get to counting and separating! Not only is that unprofessional, but it's also incredibly frustrating. Damaged Clothing: On multiple occasions, I've picked up clothes that came back with stains or marks that weren't there before. When I pointed this out, she flatly denied it and dismissed my concerns. No apology, no solution, just an attitude of complete disregard. This is unacceptable. Missing/ Damaged Parts: I've had zippers and buttons torn off items of clothing that were perfectly fine when I dropped them off. When I mentioned it, she denied everything and acted like it was no big deal. Again, zero customer service recovery. Unreliable Payment System: The Wi-Fi is often down, which means they can't process credit card payments. The only option is to pay in cash or wait 3 years until the Wi-Fi magically comes back. I once had to run to a nearby bank to withdraw cash, only for her to refuse to give me a receipt afterward. She claimed her system didn't allow it, but come on--can't you just take a photo of the screen that shows I paid? She lacks integrity and, in my opinion, is untrustworthy! I can't trust a business that can't provide a receipt. This place lacks integrity and professionalism at every turn. If you value your time, money, and clothing, do yourself a favor and avoid this dry cleaners at all costs. Honestly, I hope a better competitor moves into the new Town Center soon. There are enough nail shops around here for God's sake--how about a dry cleaner that actually knows how to treat their customers and properly care for their clothes?

One of their windows advertises "in by 9am, out by 5pm", but she instructed me to return the next day for pick up even though I dropped it off around 8:30am. My 2 piece suit and dress shirt ($19) came out clean. I paid with cash, but card would have added an additional surcharge.
