I was really impressed with how he approached the whole experience to make sure that we were satisfied and his communication throughout the service was impeccable. I cannot recommend Prestige Auto Detailing enough and will definitely use them again. Also, a couple weeks later, Victor followed up with a phone customer survey (done by him) asking for good and negative feedback. That is very unusual in my experience. From the time I first talked to Chris on the phone until the time I pulled my car out he was absolutely hands down the most trusted and humble person that's ever worked on my vehicle.... He's just one of those rare people that you very seldom meet anymore that goes out of his way to help another. Especially, when you drive up and the first thing he does is open the hood and looks at my issue and said without hesitation... no worries that's a quick fix!!!.....and believe he stopped everything he was doing to fix my car..... and when I ask him if he worked on German made vehicles very often he humbling said I sure do....I'm a BMW certified specialist..... he even checked out some extra things to make sure it was safe for me to drive to Asheville to pick up my son.
