From the time I first talked to Chris on the phone until the time I pulled my car out he was absolutely hands down the most trusted and humble person that's ever worked on my vehicle.... He's just one of those rare people that you very seldom meet anymore that goes out of his way to help another. Especially, when you drive up and the first thing he does is open the hood and looks at my issue and said without hesitation... no worries that's a quick fix!!!.....and believe he stopped everything he was doing to fix my car..... and when I ask him if he worked on German made vehicles very often he humbling said I sure do....I'm a BMW certified specialist..... he even checked out some extra things to make sure it was safe for me to drive to Asheville to pick up my son. No one has ever done that for me except for my dad..... The charge was so minimal for everything he did ....it was almost like he just wanted to make sure I was safe. No wheel balancing, only one strut was replaced for the price of two. I revealed the scam by bringing vehicle to another shop and obtaining estimate of repair that was as much as 50% less. I filed to Visa dispute resolution and got full refund and paid to another auto service to do it honestly.
