It limped home where I first used a small rug shampooer (the "Little Green Machine") to suck as much water out as I could get, then put fans blowing air through the open doors for a couple hours, then actually put a dehumidifier inside the car and ran it all night with the doors closed. In the morning it was finally dried out enough to start and run right. I will never give them a good review because of what they did and the way they handled it.

There are a few parking spaces next to the building and the lot is paved. I walked into the door to the waiting area and waited while the owner finished a phone call. I told him I wanted an estimate on tinting the door windows darker. He said he was rather busy so it would be a couple weeks until he could get to me. I was fine with that so we checked my vehicle. He said I already had the darkest tint allowed on my windows but suggested tinting the windshield would help reduce sunlight into the cabin quite a bit. I was given a decent price and he said the phone call was a cancellation for the next morning so me could squeeze me in if I could get there. I returned the next morning, and he went to work right away. The windshield tinting took only about 30 minutes and looks great. I appreciate the honesty of not selling me something I didn't need, and for making a suggestion that really helped reduce interior heat. I will definitely return for my next tinting needs.

He thoroughly inspected the car and took extensive pictures. Also, during the repair process, I managed the process remotely for my parents and got outstanding customer service about how to facilitate the repair process. They even handled getting the rental car since this shop is a direct repair facility for our insurance agent. While I thought this body shop was head and shoulders above any other body shop I've experienced, the one other thing that I thought was a great innovation is that they send you text messages every day or two to alert you to the progress. In fact, our car was finished a day early. Finally, the quality of work appears outstanding and looks like the accident never happened, but their work does carry a lifetime warranty for as long as we own the car. If you ever need a place to get your car fixed, this is a first class option.

Several months later, I noticed that all my floor boards in the back seat were sopping wet every time it rained. I had never had this problem before. After taking it to multiple body shops, and getting many opinions on where the leak may have been coming from, I finally went to a recommended friend whose a mechanic. He spent hours trying to track down the leak, and the last place he looked was under my back bumper that Dennis Powell replaced. He found the leak! There were multiple cracks in the frame of my car where I had been hit, and all the water (about four gallons) had collected in my spare tire compartment, and was flowing down into my floor boards. This was obvious, VISIBLE damage, and Dennis Powell didn't even bother to seal any of the cracks! They simply put on a brand new bumper that looked great, while covering over MAJOR DAMAGE. Now I'm left with drying out my floor boards to avoid mold and rust issues, not to mention the expense of repairs. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone!
