It has grown since then into a franchise that by late 2025, has over 260 spots worldwide. We have never been to this one and I found it fascinating and slightly different from the normal carwash I visit (Caliber Car wash). This location was right off the main road (State Street) just to the west of the interstate entrance. It had an easy to navigate layout for newcomers like me. We were new and drove straight up to the window to pay for a basic wash with an undercarriage rinse. It cost about $9. THe staff was very friendly and pleasant and talked me into the undercarriage rinse which I appreciated. Once you are paid you pull around to the entrance and drive onto a conveyor belt. It is nice because unlike other car washes there are screens at the beginning and end to tell you what to do. It looked very clean (it was a car wash) and very high tech. We did not take advantage of the free vacuums but they looked well maintained. If you're near Bristol, it's a very good place for a car wash.

I saw the guy who pre-washed the hood and wheels pulling trash bags out and showed him my hood and asked if I could run it through again. He denied my request after I licked my finger and showed how it didn't get cleaned. He suggested I mix white vinegar and water and clean it off myself. I ended up going to the self service place across from Ingles and spent $3 more to clean the spots off; and I didn't need vinegar to do it. My issue was that I didn't ask the guy for money back, just showed him the problem and asked for another run-through to solve the issue. Needless to say, they have gotten the last money from me.

I immediately brought this to the attendant's attention and requested that the vehicle either be run through again or that additional effort be made to remove the bugs, since this was the primary reason for my visit. The attendant refused to take corrective action and stated that I should have purchased a membership. I was also refused a refund, despite the service not being performed as requested. I paid for a service that was not properly completed and was denied any reasonable opportunity to have the issue corrected. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

But they gave me a warranty on the job, went up there several times during regular business hours but no one was there and now they are supposed to be out of business, but they are still limiting windows. We electronically signed everything which I thought was really like the fact I left the dealership with absolutely no paperwork. I had given them the 10 day payoff which they inflated just to cover any chance the payoff wouldn't reach the lenders in time. which in return bumped my finance amount an additional $800. I was not very happy about this but there's not much I could do I was already there. Fast forward 35 days. One payoff was received on my trade-in one was not. Thus causing tons of problems because I had to make 2 additional payments on my trade. Which the dealership has already sold to another person. This vehicle continues to cost me money on top of the new car payment that I am making. to mention possible effects to my credit because the payoff was not made in time the payment went beyond the 30days. I encourage you to make sure you get all copies of paperwork these and double check to make sure your payoffs are made. I actually think I would encourage you to pick a different dealership at this time. I definitely will be reaching out to Toyota to file a formal complaint on this matter.
