This is the second time I got my nails done by the same person and I didn't like them . The only 2 bad experiences I've ever had honestly. I gave the benefit of the doubt the first time cause it was a hard design even though i asked if he could do it in the beginning and he said yes but it took hours and a girl who worked there ended up finishing it. When i got him today i figured anyone can do French. He lays the acrylic to thick and they look like press on nails very terrible . I will say that my toes look great so that's why it's 2 instead of one star. The French isn't even and it took so long. Last time a girl had to finish for him and today a friend helped with the French . Overall I feel that for 117(discounted cause I paid cash) dollars this is very bad work . If it was one off I would understand but clearly it wasn't. I will say others that work there do amazing nails I've literally had a terrible experience with one person only and you can clearly tell I wasn't happy both times nor do they ask cause it's shown all over my face . I will start off the review by saying that I am glad they offer discounts and that they were open on a holiday. I went to the salon yesterday, I was assisted immediately and the lady that did my nails was very gentle. However, I asked for french tips - and was left with broken skin and uneven tips. Attention to detail wasn't there, as you can see there's still red nail polish from my last set. On top of that the nail tech was about to leave my nails with white nail polish on my fingers and when I asked to remove it all she did was buff it which dried my skin out even more. Rarely, if ever do I come here to post negative reviews. Today, I was treated so poorly. As a person who has been getting their nails done professionally on and off for over 20 years, I am was made to feel .like a complete idiot when I wanted fills and a pretty set of nails. The owner greeted me as I walked in, I explained to him what I want, and he explained to me that he needed to soak off all of my nails. I was very taken aback since the nails that I have are less than a month old and a brand new set of colored acrylic. Now, he said to me, since the acrylic was colored, he had to put a brand new set on because they simply cannot use a different colored acrylic and cover over it. This is not true. It has been done before, I've had it done at reputable salons, and the only reason he told me I need to get a brand new set was because it costs me as the client more versus just the fill. Oh, I agreed, which I should not have done in hindsight, but as the technician is doing my nails, and the owner is saying something to the technician about me, oh, I feel very put off by the whole experience. The technician who did my nails was very nice and apologetic. He could see that I was crying underneath my sunglasses because of the way that the owner had spoken to me. He knew that the owner was not being fair and what he was saying and that I was taken advantage of because the technician apologized to me several times And got up to tell the owner I was crying. The owner decided to come up to me, and instead of trying to make me feel better and offering me a different service or being any type of apologetic. He simply insisted that what he was saying was right. After the technician brought him over a second time, he refused my service, and I gladly said that's fine. I no longer have to stay and get my nails done to which I promptly walked out. I will never step foot there. This was a horrid experience. . read more

The first time i came here was great. However I went today and my manicure is terrible. My nails are uneven in length and the acrylic doesn't look natural the way I like it to look. Not only that, but I waited 40 minutes over my appointment time. Update: spoke with the manager on the phone and he told me to come in the following day and that he would fix my nails. When I came in today he said nothing was wrong with my nails (despite them being visibly uneven and one hand being slanted) and said he could not do anything. Will not be coming back to this place. Let me tell you . On this good Wednesday, Me and my Bestfriend decided to get our toes done after work . It worked out for the best that they are in the same plaza as my job . It was clean , smelled amazing not like other nail salons that smell like monomer . We were greeted and seated very quickly. Nail techs were professional and quick . I got an overlay and a pedicure. I was scrolling through instagram and came across Chase Nails. I decided to show up the same day without an appointment because I saw they could do long nails, 3D flowers and a lot of other designs I like. I had an upcoming trip I needed my nails and toes done for so I showed up on a Saturday, no appointment and was seated within 15 minutes! I was seated with Tanon, he greeted me and asked me what I wanted. I showed him a picture and he got to work. I'm hard to please because I used to do nails myself so I'm picky about my cuticles and apex, which is the shape of the nails. Other places have left my acrylic nails bumpy and oddly shaped. Tanon did an amazing job on my nails! The shape, color, diamonds and 3D flowers came out PERFECT! We chatted while he did my nails, we talked about life, work, love. It was a great experience. Even other clients in the salon were stopping to compliment my nails! Afterwards we went over to the pedicure station. I requested acrylic french toes, short and square. He did his thing! The girl that I had was tremendously rude, in getting upset when I would ask her for an opinion or to fix an area that could possibly chip within days. Overall, she didn't ask me basic things of that I wanted and just assumed. Being nice really goes a long way, especially if you don't know the situation a person is going through. She isn't the only nail tech where I have had issues, I have had other issues as well but chose to continue going because I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions. If I can give 0 stars I would. I live in Coral Springs and ONLY came to this spot for Jack because he is an amazing nail tech and changed from the last nail place he was at. So my problem is with the business itself and not Jack. I made an appointment for 2:30pm for my mani and my son was getting a pedi. I ran 2 mins late which I called them to let them know out of courtesy 20 mins in advance. Upon my arrival they told me to wait which was fine little did I know I would be waiting over 30 mins later with no notice of what was going on until I asked. Then upon leaving and disappointed with the experience the front desk male then proceeded to try to say he called and left me a voicemail....still waiting for the supposed missed call and voicemail to ask me to come later due to unknown reasons because he failed to mention why, and they had the right number because when I called to let them know I was running late there was no mention of the previous supposed call and my name and number was confirmed with the person during the call. Overall this place is overrated. I'd prefer just going to my old nail salon in Coral Springs Lux nails and find a new nail tech or drive 40 mins to plantation and go to Ritz Nails to see my other old nail tech Jack then deal with a salon that is unprofessional, unorganized, and inconsiderate with peoples times. read more

If I can give you a 0 I would. Just left, first time visit due to their presence on IG and will never return, do not recommend. For starters, a woman took care of me, I didn't get her name, but she was pregnant and at first I thought she was friendly. Issues started coming up with the amount of foil she used to wrap my nails - it wasn't enough and by the time I got to the pedicure chair the foil were all falling off. I asked her not to use the machine they use to file as it makes my nailed brittle, she used it anyway AGAIN after I asked her not to. She rushed the entire mani and pedi and was aggressive in the way she handled me. I decide to get their signature pedicure which is a scam. You're supposed to receive 7 mins and all she did was 2 as I was watching the time on the TV on their wall. I am so upset mainly because my nail days are supposed to be relaxing but this was nothing of the sort. Again, she was rushing the entire time and trying to take shortcuts even when it came time to cut my cuticles (used the file machine again) as I was watching her act as if she was cutting but in reality was just creating movement as if she was. I DO NOT recommend. When it came time to pay they did offer to check the cameras but I was so irate and bothered that I decided to pay and go. Please work on your customer service. You shouldn't have your employees manhandling your clients either. I am a domestic violence survivor and do not appreciate being touched aggressively- not my fingers, hands, legs pulled towards you- I am not your child nor someone you know. Do you treat all your customers this way or only the brown ones? Reading other reviews on here, my complaints are the same. My fault as I should've checked here before going in. I absolutely love coming here! The staff are well trained and equipped to do both my hands and feet. I specifically go to Van for my full sets, as he and I love to do cute and trendy designs that match my aesthetic. My pedicures are always so relaxing and well done. I overall never have a complaint. Don't go to this salon if you don't have an appointment with someone specific. To begin, I had an appointment with anyone at 5:30pm and 30 mins after my appointment time, I got stuck with someone who barely knew how to do nails. Burned me while filing my nails, almost cut my skin when cutting my nails until I pulled my finger away, and didn't even cut the dry skin from the sides or push back my cuticles. To top it all off my nails lasted 1 day before it chipped and I couldn't go back because I left to go on a trip the next day. Major issues now. Nail polish done on second hand in the wrong color, close but not exact, likely because ran out and chose wrong replacement. Design was supposed to be on a number of nails but was done only on a few. Manicure was done same time as pedicure despite not wanting it done simultaneously so could observe more closely and relax. They said they were rushed and then stopped without chance to review what they did and so got stuck with them not doing it. A number of people noticed similar problems. I came in from NY and found this place on yelp and gave it a try. The ambiance and the people in there are very nice. They pay attention to detail and did exactly what I asked for. I got a fill in and a pedicure. The only reason I gave 4 is because of their pricing. I'm from NY and and everything is priced high but because our seats are constantly filled the price for the service matches. Although everyone was smiling when I entered, it was fake. I found this place on IG and this goes to show what you see online doesn't match! I was greeted by a young man to do my mani/pedi and the vibe was not there. It was a kind of let's get the job done type of thing. The spa pedi was ok. The young man who did my nails needs ALOT of experience. He was aggressive with the mani, didn't know what he was doing and when I stopped him and talked to the men in the front and gave the reasons I was unhappy they didn't care. They made a face and provided no solution. Either continue to get my nails done or not. That was it. They said that another tech would do the same job. Not sure what that means but I was stressed during the entire process. I also did not get the 10% off for being a first time customer after it's advertised all over social media. This place is clearly about money and not the customer. I still tipped 20% because it was still a service just a bad one. Horrible service. The girl that did my nail was very rough, left my nails uneven and jagged then was trying to do a dip after she jacked up my cuticles with the electric machine. I told her it looks horrible and don't bother just do a manicure. she ended cutting me with the cuticle cleaner leaving my finger bleeding then dipped my hand back in the dirty water it was soaking in!!!!! And the $5 off if we scan into yelp but the scanners did not work ,, I'm so annoyed , my nails alone were $80 !!! Too high and how they come up with $348 ? Well, I did not have a good experience second time around. The owner or manager was rude and nasty to me when I told him the polish was lumpy and the shape of my nails was not good. It surely is not the same work you see on insta. He told me to sit back in the seat and let the same guy who did not such a do a good job, fix it. It's really tough to find a good nail salons these days. I don't mind paying more, if they do a good job and it lasts at least two weeks. The manager was rude, the work subpar, and the price high.
