This is prob the worst service ever. I got my nails done on Sunday and by Wednesday the gel polish chipped and peeled off of my nails. When I went back in to fix it on my day off the manager said it's the type of job I do. I have NEVER had this issue before. I waited for 20 minutes only for the manager to tell me I should wait longer. I ended up leaving but when I called the manager back he hung up on me. I saw their post on Instagram and thought they would be good but please don't waste your time. They are just so rude on top of giving poor quality. Zero stars! Don't even deserve the one. read more

Idk if it was the nail tech specifically who did my nails however all I came in for was to remove my nex gen nails and cut them. The tech was so aggressive with the electrical file he burned me on several nails and cut in to my thumb. I was so upset I left without really looking at them. The more I looked at them I still have the dip powder on them and they were all jagged. They charged me wayyy more to remove powder than it should be especially for this job of quality. read more

I vowed never to come back here, then I moved away from the area and moved back recently. I went back today forgetting about the horrible experience I had prior and came back forgetting it was the salon on the other end of the parking lot that I wanted to visit. I was quickly reminded why I hate this place. The guy was so rude and rushy. Also very rough on my toes and I feel that he rushed through my pedicure and didn't put much effort. I really wanted to love this place. The design, nail shape and talent is 5 star but I'm afraid these nails are not meant to last which is why i have them at 3. The first time i had a full set and within a week i had 2 broken nails and lifting on just about all of them. Second time i came after just 1 week, had a refill and brought my 2 sisters because i thought the designs were so good. Well my ombré refill started to turn yellow after 2 days and none of our nails lasted 2 weeks. I'm not a fan of acrylic so third time i came, i had it removed and started from scratch with dipping hoping it was my nails that was the problem. Again they look beautiful out of the salon but I'm on day 4 with 2 broken nails and others starting to chip. Sad i won't be coming back because i do love the design and look but the quality is not there. They are not meant to last more than a week and I'm not spending $110 a week read more

I asked for a full set I got tips put on with a dip powder, it looks like the guy they gave me was new , my nails are lumpy and the clear coat is coming off , you can tell where the tips are , I hate to spend so much money on nails that are not well done, I will never go back again and will not recommend this place at all, next time that you have a walk in make sure you give them someone who really knows how to do nails. I just had my first fill in mani pedi with Lucy. I am a ery tough customer knowing what I like and dislike.Lucy was sweet, attentive, professional and did what I needed. Covid safe, clean, polite. Nails, pedi with sugar scrub, brow wax, lip wax and oil and out in 1 3/4 hours. Im very happy. I was very skeptical with all the bad reviews here, but took the chance and gave it a try. I'm so upset I asked for oval shaped nails like the 3rd pic and this is what I got. He made 2 of my fingers bleed and it hurt so bad when he was filing. I made an appointment hours in advance and he shamed me for coming in so late when they easily could've asked me to come in earlier and I would've. I would never in my life go back to this place even if my life depends on it. The manager does not know customer service at all. I initially only went to get my toes painted (no pedicure, i get them done elsewhere) and who i wanted to do my nails ( if time allowed)was not available, he however got some other guy to do it insisting he was really good. The foundation was ok but he could not design, when he tried to fix it it got worst, the manager himself said it did not look good. I even asked for something simpler (French), the Tech said they had time but the manager wanted me to come back.Then accusing me of sitting there until it was finish, it was not finish i stopped him half through the design no finishing top ntn. Long story short i ask them to remove it, they did and still wanted me to pay and up-charge me on top of that and ask for me come back tomorrow.I then ask to have it soaked off because he really had a stink attitude, before i was willing to come back the next day but most nails do not work over other people work so at this point i want it off. He called the cops and so did i because i felt i was in danger. I always heard people complain and i had couple instances but those should have been enough for me to stop going. I was a little skeptical because of the google reviews, but the pictures I saw on the yelp page convinced me.I was really happy with the results personally. I went for a full set and pedicure and got a simple design on two of my fingernails and they did a really good job. I was particularly impressed by my manicure. I usually get almond nails and something that always aggravates me is that the shape is often too flat or too round t the top and doesn't taper off the way it's meant to. This wasn't an issue here as the man who did my nails proceeded to look look at them and file the nails until it was the exact shape and even double checked that it was the shape I wanted. He was also really attentive with the design (it wasn't to complex just a french nail variation) and it managed to turn out good on both fingers. The pedicure was nice too and it's still going strong. I do wish they had some more colors options as I was originally hoping for an oxblood red or a fall orange, but I managed to find a red I was happy with so it's not the biggest deal. I spoke to the owner as I was leaving b/c I was a little confused about the differences in the google reviews versus my experience and I guess the salon is under new management so it's not the same people. The price was reasonable as well. Overall I'm really happy and will be back to get my nails done before I take my family pictures :) read more

I was given a $30 gift card for Christmas. when I tried to use it, there was nothing on the card. She asked me if I had the receipt for it and I said no, it was a Christmas gift. She explained that at Christmas time there was something wrong with their machine and it wasn't adding the money on their card. She would not give me the credit unless I had the receipt. They don't keep their cards out on the table. They keep them in the drawer, so for her not to honor their gift cards is ridiculous. These people are very unprofessional. Got a gift card and went there for a mani/pedi. Ended up paying the difference to get a dip mani. The guy who started my pedi had an attitude from the start as if I was disturbing him when the owner assigned me. Then he started the pedi. He did not put anything in the water (the blue salt). Within a few minutes he was done cleaning up my toes. I said to him that the toes are not cleaned properly. He decided that he will get someone else to do it and walked off. I had to go to the owner to get him to re-assign someone else. The girl who took over had to start over the pedi. She did a good job. Chase management need to train the employees in customer service and how to talk to customers. Just left Chase Nails and had to immediately write a review. I have bounced around from salon to salon because I had yet to find one that consistently does a good job. The last salon I went to was good with fills but did probably the worst full set I've ever had in my life... my nails were completely flat, lacked the natural nail curve and the shape was just not right, which left me having to fix them myself when I got home. When I arrived at Chase, the owner asked to see my nails and actually listened and understood what I was saying about the shape and curve. They were quite busy when I arrived so he started my fill and built up my nails so they now have the natural curve. Tim then took over and shaped my nails, making sure I was happy with the shape then was meticulous about shaping the rest, making sure they were all even several times. My nails are exactly how I wanted them to be and I'm thinking I may have FINALLY found a spot I can continue to go to for the foreseeable future knowing I'll receive quality service. Additionally, the salon is beautiful, extremely clean, offers a wide selection of products/colors, and they are extremely nice. read more

My experience here for HORRIBLE. I made an appointment with one tech for a Mani Pedi and got a completely different tech when I came in. My tech missed a coat of polish on 1 foot and I had to re-file all my nails because they were completely crooked. Then I start getting my Mani and, it started going downhill so I asked her to stop and just complete my cuticles. When I go to pay, they told me I owe the full amount and when I asked why, the guy at the front stated that I got a manicure. I showed him my nails and showed him that nothing was done to my nails other than my cuticles being cut and he insisted I pay for a full manicure service. I told him I would be more than happy to pay for my cuticles, but I will not be paying for a full manicure. When I said that, the man continuously stated that he will be calling the police on me if I do not pay. I was in shock. 1 star because they had the nail polish color I liked but otherwise horrible place! Made 2 appointments. We had only an hour to spare. We walked in and sat in the chairs right away but only one person available. While I was getting my pedi done, my friend waited 30min before she gave up and told them not to bother with her. That wasn't the only bad thing. As she applied the coat it looked like a 5 year old pained my nails. Told her nicely I did not like the lumps and she began to be angry. And started using more coats that made it even worse. Initially checked into the wrong place here on Yelp but ended up at Chase Nails. They seem to have bad reviews but Eddie who did my pedicure was polite and did a nice job. The place was clean, didn't have any plastic smells and the massage chairs were all in good working conditions. Will be back! read more

They are ok. Not very busy which is a sign that business is not the best. They schedule people for appointments and forget they have appointments. You don't always get the same person. The prices are not consistent. I won't be going back. read more

ZERO STARS!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RUDE AS HELLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!! Well, I don't know how to begin. Hands down, the absolute worst nail salon experience EVER! I was a walk in with my 93 year old mother. She is 90% deaf, but does NOT have Alzheimers. Young Asian girl insulted and disrespected her 10+ times. Ignored her requests again and again. Treated her like she wasn't there. I knew the fact that my mother can't hear would be taxing, so I had tipped this woman $25 in advance and explained everything. I told this woman 4X I wanted gel on hands and feet for both of us, with tips for me. I'm 60 years old and my god, I wanted to punch this woman in the face because of the way she treated my mother. She put cold water in my mothers tub. My mother complained. The girl ignored that. I paid $15 extra for her to massage my mothers legs due to edema. She pulled out her phone and showed it to me. I could not understand why. Then she tells me the massage is for 10 minutes so I would know she was not going to perform one second past the time. OMG! I was seated in the pedi chair next to Mother. I had gel polish on my toes and was paying extra to have it removed. She turned the water on in my tub and I was focused on this idiot girl and kept telling her to please do what my mother was asking. The water in my tub overflowed and flooded the entire area because she failed to turn it off, all the way to the molding behind us. There was a electrical power strip faced down between the chairs. It was flooded. Now I had to worry that we were going to be electrocuted, or my mother (who uses a walker) would slip down. I told this idiot again and again but she never emptied my tub or dried the entire floor. She refused to put acetone and foil to remove my old polish. Another worker asked me to come forward and get my nails done first. Ok. Because we were separated I didn't realize that jackass girl was putting regular polish on my mother. I asked the lady doing my nails why idiot girl didn't use ultra violet to dry the polish on my mothers feet. Ok, so that's when I figured it out. I'm paying all this money and jackass girl is doing everything wrong. She had to remove the polish and apply GEL. The finished product on her hands and feet looked lumpy and amateurish. I will never go back. I normally go to another salon but this facility has Sunday hours which is a huge draw. I went once and it went well. The Pedicure was basic and the French was nicely done. I called yesterday to come in for another Pedicure and the girl told me to come right over, no appointment was necessary. I jumped at the chance as I finally had a sitter for my 10 month old. I arrived 15 min later to be told they were now busy and I would have to come back later. If I was child free that would have been fine but I no longer have the luxury of free time. Oddly enough when I got my first (and only) Pedicure there a girl in the lobby came in with the same complaint. Please don't tell people to come right over without an appointment and then when they arrive you are no longer able to accommodate them. Very bad business. read more

I will no longer support this establishment. I had an appointment for a pedicure which I made in advance with the nail tech. When I arrived on time, I was told by the nail tech that she thought my appointment was the day before. I really wanted to give this nail salon a chance and support their newest nail tech, but I see that I will have to take my business elsewhere. Instead of being asked to reschedule, I agreed to wait, but I had no idea that I would have to wait an hour while the nail tech did someone else's gel pedicure and manicure. I don't know if the other customer was a walk-in or not; however, I was dissatisfied with their service. Every customer is important and every customer's money matters. Put only one coat of polish. Pinched my cuticles and got mad at me because I said something because there wasn't any blood. He started my manicure and argued with me about how I wanted my nails so before he even got started I got up to walk out. I just decided to walk into Chase nails this morning to get a gel manicure, every nail tech was busy so I decided to wait. One of the nail techs finished her customer and walked over to me to ask what I needed done, and told me to come with her. By the time I walked to her chair the front desk manager name Tom had told another client to sit in her chair. I looked at him in disbelief of what was taking place infront of me. He said " Oh it will only be a minute, she's only getting a polish change. Racism still exist in this country. This was the worst experience that I have ever had in a nail salon!!!!! Do not ever come here! Anna was the name of the person who was doing my nails, and I asked for OPI Big Apple Red. The water was cold, and everything was messy and dirty. I was feeling a little uneasy but thought to give her another chance. After she finished cutting the cuticles, she started putting nail polish and when I looked at the first hand that she was working on, it was TERRIBLE. The polish was full of crumbs or something, and she said that if I waited, it will look better with a second coat. I asked her to just do one nail with a second coat and it was still awful! I've had my nails done for many years and just chose this place because it was close to my work. After she wouldn't stop doing my nails, I told her how awful the nail polish was, and she kept adding a liquid to it. This is when I told her to just take the polish off. Then she called someone and they all started screaming at me... Literally SCREAMING saying that I couldn't leave without paying and they all went in front of the door so that I couldn't leave. They were holding me against my will, and I called the cops. Meanwhile the man held my arms and pushed my hand away from the door. I cannot believe this just happened. Something that makes us feel happy, was such an awful experience. Cops came, they spoke to them and I can only now Yelp and report it to the Business Bureau. Great place to get a mani pedi. Clean, couteous, reasonable. There is another salon in this complex. I went there and the running water was not running (tough to do a pedi w/o running water) and I think they assigned one of the clean up employees to do my pedicure. Had a nice gal do my nails. I went into chase nails this morning and got a deluxe spa pedicure, advertised on their price board as $35. It was fantastic, excellent pedicure. The reason I'm only giving 2 stars is because when it came time to pay I was charged $45. I told the employee I thought it was $35 that's what it says on the board. She replied with an off hand "we have a lot of different prices". I'm not the argumentative type so I paid and tipped and went on my way. I came in looking for a new nail place and had enjoyed it enough that I was going to set an existing appointment for every two weeks. However, after being over charged and I believe taken advantage of I will continue my search and try another nail salon. read more
