I will say biotech called me back an hour after their tech was out here. Office person asked if I would like them to come put a one-way trap on the vent? You know what??? that would've been an excellent suggestion for the tech to make while he's sitting here talking to me and STARING AT MY HOUSE but it's too late now. Reed had the audacity to report back to my landlord that my house was not very clean. This can cause a disturbance in my lease and the relationship between my landlord and I.
