This company needs to rename itself JoshForce, because let's be honest, GreenForce ain't fooling anybody. Technician Josh McPhie is basically the John Wick of pest control. We had springtail bugs popping up everywhere, bouncing around like they just got VIP tickets to Coachella. I told Josh other companies came through, sprayed a little Febreze or whatever, and left us still living in Bugapalooza. Josh just smirked, cracked his knuckles like an action hero, and I told him, "Bring out the big guns." Army veteran? Say less, he knew exactly what that meant. Next thing I know, this dude is going full Rambo, spraying every hole, crack, and crevice like he's on a one-man mission to save the world. By the time he was done, the bugs weren't just gone, they called their little bug Uber to move zip codes. Josh is the GOAT. Super friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and he doesn't leave until the job is DONE. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars? Because the company name is still GreenForce. Let's be real... GreenForce is decent at keeping standard bugs out of the house. However, after we ended up with a terrible termite infestation, they convinced us we needed to do multiple things that we later learned were unnecessary and did not fix the problem, including opening walls and removing insulation. We ended up having to use a different company after already investing so much. Getting rid of termites is very expensive, but GreenForce caused us to spend literally thousands of dollars more than what was necessary, putting us in an even worse position. read more

The service techs are amazing. The management however could use some work. After they canceled my appointment for service which was already a week late they gave me a window of 2 weeks for the next possible open appointment. When I called to cancel my account they threatened me with a $125 cancellation fee. But then I reminded them that by being so late that they were the ones in breach of contract they changed their attitude and scheduled my service for the next business day. I'll uphold my end of the agreement but once this contract is up I'll find a company with a more honorable management. read more

I've been using GreenForce for pest control for a year and I'm very happy with their services. We agreed to a spray application and external bug mitigation once a quarter. I'm very concerned about toxic chemical sprays because of my dog and the local wildlife. GreenForce assured me their treatments are non-hazardous. A shout out to Blair Martinson and his brothers (there are FIVE of them), owners of Greenforce Pest Control. Several months ago Greenforce came to my house to treat for dry wood termites. Blair did a thorough inspection and also found sub-terrain termites. Long story short - he was here for about 2 hours treating my house for both termites. Today I ask Blair to come by because I thought I had another dry wall termite site on the first floor of my house. Fortunately, I was wrong and Blair spent some time with me to show me what to look for, if there is a next time. Most company's would have charged me for a service call, but Blair didn't. These guys are very knowledgeable about pest control and are ALWAYS considerate and professional. They provide a great service at a reasonable price, and do not try to sell you something you don't need. Not veteran friendly and straight up took advantage of my kindness. I gave them an opportunity to service my home, wow did I go wrong with this company. Employees refuse to perform work on 2 separate occasions, when I notified their owners about their employees laziness and wouldn't get off the phone while at my residence... guess what they do, they send him again and did absolutely nothing to solidify my pest problem. This company lacks good leadership and good employees. Now they're trying to send me to collections cause I refuse to pay for laziness and work that wasn't performed. The owner tried to send others but I guess they're either short staff according to what owner claims or other agents are tired of picking up their lazy employees work. All they had to do was removed spider webs that wasn't within reach, remove wasp nest and control an ant problem in my grass. Sounds simple but not for green force pest solutions. This company, their products and customer service of their staff is awesome. I signed up the first day the sales guy knocked on my door. He explained the differences in their chemicals and their new home maintenance process. I believe their first service targets active bugs, the second targets any possible larva and eggs then the next quarterly are for maintenance. Maintenance is basically perimeter service. I was starting to see a few critters in and around my newly constructed home last summer after purchasing in May. There was still tons of construction going on across the street months after I moved in and that environment is basically a breeding ground for rodents, reptiles and insects. I have not seen one bug in my home since signing up months ago. I have however found tons of DEAD bugs around the perimeter of my home. A week after the second indoor/outdoor service, their sticky trap in the corner of my garage caught a snake!! I didn't even know the trap was there but they are simply that thorough. I was getting in my car when I spotted the tail moving wildly outside the trap. Let me tell you something... If I didn't have that trap that snake would have gotten in my belongings, my house, my car or worse it could have bitten my 8 pound Chihuahua. I can't really tell you how thankful and blessed I felt y'all. I was still terrified but their stellar service renewed my confidence. Never saw another snake after that but I'll be asking for more traps now that the weather has warmed up. Not only are their products effective; they are safe for you, your kids and pets. That was really important to me. I recall how much my dog would sneeze even days after the exterminators sprayed at my loft before I moved and once she was actually poisoned. Things got ugly, rugs were ruined and I vowed to look out for her better going forward. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They are knowledgeable, dependable and priced very fair. I actually got quotes from 5 other companies via Yelp a week before they randomly showed up and I wasn't satisfied so in a way I feel like it was meant to be with Greenforce. BEWARE!!!! From day 1 using GreenForce, my St. Augustine lawn, which has always been beautiful due to me using Trugreen, has gone to total crap. You would think using a big conglomerate like Trugreen would be worse than a smaller, more personal approach like GreenForce, but no. And I only changed to their lawn services because they were now doing my pest control. From my grass now thinning out, to easily pulling out, to Bermuda grass overtaking everything. I would normally say that's just bad luck, but the terrible deathly looking lawn and Bermuda is a perfect line between my yard and the neighbors' yards. Literally perfect line. Meaning, my yard was treated by GreenForce, the neighbors were not. My yard is now crappy health with Bermuda everywhere, a perfect line where my property line meets the neighbors on both sides. Their response, "sorry". AND, they now have "gotten rid of" their lawn services because "it wasn't their thing". So they come in, I pay them hard earned money to take care of all outside tasks like THEY said they were good at, they destroy my lawn in a matter of months, and now "sorry". I will now have to get my entire lawn resodded and there is nothing more I can do. So they realized they knew NOTHING about lawns, destroyed my lawn, then got rid of the lawn side of their business. TERRIBLE!!!! And to tell the truth, their pest services were no better. I CONSTANTLY had to get them back out for re-service because nothing they did would keep the spiders away. They are great people, always courteous and on time, but for them to just walk away after destroying my lawn, walk away by realizing they knew nothing about laws, and leave me hanging now having to resod, that is terrible customer service. The pictures attached show just a bit of the damage. One perfect example of their shoddy work, you will see the pics of the small curb strips where my yard on both sides, meets the neighbors' yards. I don't have to draw a line for you to figure out where my property line is. Just look at where the terrible lawn overtaken with Bermuda meets the nicer St. Augustine grass. And then the front yard shows where everything is dying and pulls out of the ground with no effort. And yes, I have a working sprinkler system. read more
