They did an excellent job! Pam had come alone previously and tried to do this job by herself but really needed an additional hand moving the washer and dryer. Armando had also come previously to help set traps and seal weep holes . Both of these technicians and the other team member , Ian, did an exceptional job helping get rid of the rats! The man from the get go gave me a strange feeling and his demeanor felt positive on the outside up until the point of which he stepped outside to take a call. My daughter informed me the man was next to the car window of my daughter's car loudly talking very hastily about the living situation and the contents of the house. Multiple times complaining about the state of my friend who was with me and her disabled veteran husband. My good friend recommended me this Company and i usually don't like to leave long or negative reviews but my experience with the man was so negative. The only reason i'm giving this two stars is because the woman was gracious enough to call me back and to be completely respectful the entire time even after learning what had happened.

James was kind enough to guide us in the right direction to fight them (which we didn't know we could) and after almost 2 years, we had our settlement. James (owner), Nick (project manager) and both crews (roofing and painting) were outstanding to do business with. Everything was explained up front; crews were here on time every day and cleaned up so well that you would never have known they were here - except for the beautiful new roof! Caesar and his painting crew were top-notch. Our 1966 ranch house had a LOT of places to caulk - and let me tell you they went through so many cases of caulking! James was kind enough to guide us through coordinating color choices on the new shingle, gutter and house colors - It looks so good that we smile every time we walk outside.
