Very disappointed. Please DO NOT use this company. We bought our house in Weston, FL May 1st, 2018 were the prior owners used Chase roofing to replaced the entire roof back in October 2017 for an overpriced amount. Once we moved in, the property started having really bad leaks. We found out the roof was installed incorrectly and had a really POOR WORKMANSHIP. We asked this company to please inspect their roof replaced no more than 7 months ago; they were not so happy but sent someone; however, didn't give us any answers. After a follow up call, the owner of this company, John Chase, called us back and told us that the warranty was not transferable and that we needed to pay a percentage of the total amount invoiced to honor the warranty for what we refused. The prior home owner is very upset and has stated that he was promised the warranty was 100% transferable and that they were aware the property was for sale. Well, John Chase will not honor the 10 year warranty on a roof that was replaced 7 months ago; now, we have to hired a reputable company to help us fixing Chase roofing mess. And the worst part is that after my husband wrote a review in Yelp which is a place were you can truly share your experiences, he received an email from an attorney representing Chase roofing pushing him to remove the review or else they would take actions against not even him but his family members. Now we have an attorney representing us, and lets see where all this gets. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS???. So, you are not allowed to freely share your experiences because you will get harassed. Shame on you Chase Roofing. I will make sure that non of my friends ever use this company. read more

Choosing a roofing company to replace my old roof was not an easy task specially in Miami-Dade county, where the lack of seriousness, unprofessionalism and the rampant scam in the industry is the norm in this industry. Thanks to a friend's referral, I learned about Chase Roofing and now I can most definitely say it was the best decision made. Working with professional people at Chase Roofing and with the integrity of their staff was a piece of mind since day one. Kailly came to my place because I had a personal emergency that can not wait, to which she responded immediately and did her very best to prioritize my job. The job took place in a smooth atmosphere, the staff did not bother me at all while they were working. Kally kept me up-to-date and quickly took care of any inconvenience during the process. She also kept me posted during and after hours, including weekends. The project was done successfully and swiftly approved by City of Miami and all its requirements, in turn it's convincing to me that the work force at Chase Roofing knew what they were doing. My roof looks beautiful today, and beyond of that beauty, I am completely convinced that the quality is the best because it was done by a professional company with extremely very good reputation in the roofing industry. We could not be happier with the workmanship and results. The communication and service from day one was excellent. The workers were friendly, skilled and left everything clean. The roof came out so beautiful and the quality was top notch. We've received numerous compliments on how great it looks. I am absolutely appalled by my experience with Chase Roofing, a company that has now closed its doors and left me in a financial nightmare. Despite doing my due diligence before hiring them in September for my roofing project, I find myself burdened with an $8,000 bill for tiles that I already paid for. As of March 2026, they have left me with a lien from the tiling supply subcontractor, forcing me to face devastating financial consequences. I paid my invoice in full, trusting that Chase Roofing would fulfill their obligations. Instead, they haphazardly decided to close shop without settling accounts with their suppliers. Thanks to Florida's lien-friendly laws, I am now expected to pay the same amount to the subcontractor that I already paid to Chase Roofing. This is not just unethical; it's downright scandalous. I urge anyone considering this company to think twice, as their lack of professionalism and accountability has resulted in me carrying a heavy financial burden that should never have been mine to begin with. My roof was 20 years old and I had lost some shingles in Hurricane Irma but no leaks. I decided it was way past time to re-roof. I had estimates from four companies. I found a CHASE ad in my weekly church bulletin. CHASE gave the best explained estimate with the best price, even though I had to wait a number of weeks to have the job done. They showed up when promised and finished the job in just a few days. The only complaint I have is none of the roofing companies will replace rotten soffits which meant that I had to have a handy man do the work at extra cost. The do, however, replace rotten facia board. Additionally, CHASE provides a Storm / Wind mitigation inspection for insurance purposes free of charge after the work is completed. They also sent a package chocolates which I think if a good gesture. read more

I bought a house that unfortunately used chase roofing to replace the entire roof on October 2017. The roof didn't look right with some uneven patches in the stucco that look like partial replacement of the flashing. I took, and sent pictures of those areas on May 4th; By May 14th, we called Chase roofing using the 10 years warranty because we saw 2 leaks in that area inside the house. They went, and called us 4 days after saying that the warranty was not transferable if the house is sold, even though they had replace that roof completely 7 months ago! They wanted to charge me a "transfer fee" of 5% of the amount the past owners paid 7 months ago. Now I have to hire a reputable company that will fix the mess did. This company is a scam! He is knowledgeable, friendly, passionate about Chase and his coworkers and overall a great human being. Every step of the work was communicated and explained and each process was done with precision. Chase Roofing repaired my roof leak for a reasonable cost in one day. Robert, the estimator did a great job, there were no added or unexpected, costs or issues. To me the most important fact is, Chase Roofing employees there own workers and the ones I met have worked for the company for years. Enricky, the job foreman and his assistant were very personable and positive individuates. They performed professional and even cleaned up my leak catching tarp and buckets from the attic. After initial contact, an appointment was made immediately, at my convenience, to assess the problem and it was connected to the patio roof and not the window. A contractor was dispatched to cut out the drywall and there was rotted wood and 2 leak areas! Chase Roofing was my 3rd quote for a roof leak. The first two companies gave me their estimate for what I thought was 2 leaks. When John came out he told me the stain on the ceiling in garage was actually from condensation from the air conditioner line which needed new insulation. I found that interesting because inside my home around one if the air conditioning vents it had been dripping water causing a stain on my ceiling. Neither of the other two companies had a clue that it was from the air conditioning. John and is staff are very professional and had me scheduled within a week. Upon an initial contact they called us immediately to set up a time for an estimate and upon our approval set up a time the same week to complete the work. The roofer showed up on time, contacting us to let us know he was on the way. Based on what the power washer found while cleaning the roof we had 7 broken tiles. After Chase roofing inspected further he found nine that needed to be replaced. It was especially nice he cleaned our gutters while repairing the roof. They replaced our roof right before the pandemic at an economical cost but in a very clean, punctual, professional, and customer-caring fashion. After having my roof cleaned the serviceman let me know we had many loose and some cracked tiles on my older (30 years) roof. Miraculously we haven't had any leaks! We contacted a few contractors for estimates and Chase gave us the best price and the technician who came to estimate the job was very professional. We had a great experience with Chase Roofing! I wish all contractors / service people in south Florida were this good! Price was competitive with other estimates and the job was completed on budget. Communication throughout the process was great! They were really careful in protecting our pool, driveway, etc. while working. Did a great job assisting with HOA approvals and getting city permits.
