My husband and I stayed at the Chase Suite Hotel while we were in El Paso, and it was a lovely stay. We had stopped here before on a previous visit and so were looking forward to returning. Our room was really spacious (a studio suite with two full beds) and had all the accoutrements (including a fully equipped kitchen), with a wide bar and seating to separate the kitchen and living areas. The furniture was new and attractive, and the beds were comfortable. (Note: if you're used to sleeping in a queen-size bed as a couple, you may prefer each occupying a full-size bed, as they are definitely smaller.) Everything was clean and neat and very welcoming. The cost of our room was very reasonable, even including the pet fee for our cat. Every single person on staff was extremely friendly, especially Sal in the breakfast area (5-star service!). The free hot breakfast every morning was delicious and a great way to start our day. We do wish the breakfast area could institute sustainable practices in the form of reusable cups, dishes and silverware. Every room has a recycling container as well as a trash can under the sink, so the management is aware of sustainability needs. The layout of the buildings is peaceful and calming, and reminiscent of a small apartment complex. The landscaping is xeriscape and attractive. Despite its location (right off Montana and Airway), the area is very quiet and safe. We did encounter a few small issues: a loose outlet at the bar; low water pressure and a faulty diverter in the shower; lack of handy information about the property (e.g., location of the gym, line-up of TV stations); occasional difficulty reaching the front desk by phone; and no lighting at the desk where one might choose to work. But these were just small issues and certainly did not pose any problems. Again, we had a delightful stay at the Chase Suite Hotel, and we look forward to another visit the next time we are in El Paso! read more

The carpets are "Super Dirty", in fact "Crunchy". The setup is nice , but the carpets "Really need to be removed-replaced-ripped up.

I called to book a RSVP over the phone bc I was driving. He refused and told me to book online. When I did I made it for the wrong day and It won't let me change so I cancelled to try to re book but it would not refund me and they refused to even though I was gonna still stay there. I just canceled because I didn't want them to charge me twice even though I was going to stay there once. And the refused to refund me I will not be recommending this place ever again and will it be staying there when I do come back in Oct November or December. read more

This is a great place to stay, seriously. I try to stay here everytime I'm in El Paso. They are studio apartments equipped with stove, refrigerator and couch. The place is always clean and the staff are very attentive and friendly. There are 2 pools and 1 jacuzzi. They have a fitness center and an office center with free printing. They offer a light dinner Monday thru Thursday (I think those are the days) and wine and beer. They serve a hot breakfast in the morning and offer juice, coffee and water 24/7. This place is close to the airport, close to restaurants and close to a bar, all in walking distance. I really like staying here and I think you will as well. If your in El Paso and looking for a nice place to stay, try Chase Suite Hotel, I don't think you will be disappointed. read more

Old reviews and pictures for Chase Suite Hotel made me a little weary about a stay here, but my boyfriend and I won a night here and they said it was in their newly renovated rooms so I was all on board. We made it to CSH shortly after check-in started and I was helped as soon as I walked in the door. In just a couple of seconds I had two key cards and a map. We drove over towards our building and realized we wouldn't be able to park in front of our actual building, but on the side of a different one. I will say there is adequate parking for the lot though. If you actually had a lot of luggage that you needed to haul to your suite, you can pull on to a tiny road they have that follows the back of the lot and unload. The renovations are great! As far as I could tell, they're not done with all the rooms so you could end up in a room that has yet to be redone. The outside of the buildings looked like they needed some renovations too, but nothing crazy... just a new coat of paint. Our room was pretty nice and they did a great job of sectioning off the "bedroom" from the "living room" and kitchen. The bed was a king sized, clean, and adorned with down pillows... just the way I like it. The kitchen was equipped with all the plates, glasses, silverware, and utensils we could need as well as a new stove, dishwasher, microwave, full-sized fridge, and two bar stools at the oversized counter. My only gripe about the whole room is that the drawers in the kitchen aren't on a track. I nearly dropped all of the silverware on the floor. The "living room" is a small sitting area in front of the fireplace. Nice! I really liked the bathroom and it looked like they redid the floor as well. I didn't try out their wi-fi because who uses their phones and laptops during a staycation? But I do know that it's available and they give you the password as soon as you check in. As far as the rest of the amenities go, they have two pools, a jacuzzi, a Continental breakfast in the morning, complimentary happy hour on Monday-Thursday, and free access to the nearest Planet Fitness (about six miles away). Out of all the amenities we did try out the Continental breakfast. Unfortunately, this, I wasn't impressed by. They had a good variety of choices... four cereal options, yogurt, bagels, bread, orange juice, coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, and potatoes. I didn't try the scrambled eggs, but the potatoes were cold. The flow was good, but it honestly just felt like the staff put the least amount of effort towards the breakfast and morning experience. There was one lady that was standing behind the counter the whole time doing a crossword and she would occasionally look up and say "good morning" only to return to her crossword again and never engage in conversation with those standing only inches away from her waiting for their toast to be done. She actually didn't come across as that friendly either. At one point my boyfriend went to get a bagel and the tongs had disappeared (someone had put them inside the bread case on the bottom shelf... not easy to see if you don't bend over) and she started yelling at him. I understand using tongs, but clearly he wasn't aware there were tongs and there was absolutely no reason to yell. A man came over (possibly a manager) and placed tongs on top of the handle (doesn't really seem like a good place for tongs) and within minutes they had disappeared again. I think the breakfast staff could've been a lot more welcoming and involved with those staying at the hotel. Would've been nice for them to ask how our stay was while I was waiting for a bagel or start some small talk or give me some insider scoop about the El Paso area (hey, they don't know I live here). It wouldn't deter me from staying here again, but it also doesn't entice me. I've checked the prices for these suites and they're doable. A night is less than $100. It isn't fancy, but this is a good hotel for someone who is planning on being in the area for a bit because of the amenities in the room. Instead of going out to eat for every single meal, you can cook in your room. And I mean actually cook, none of that microwaved TV dinner stuff. Overall, a good hotel with wonderful renovations done! I came here on my trip to Georgia and had a wonderful time the pools were clean and beautiful and it had all the necessary requirements. The staff was also very nice they gave us a free bottle of wine and upgraded us to three beds for completely free. If i'm in El Paso again you can count on me being there! read more

About 5 minutes ride from the airport. Would I stay here for over $100 a night? There are probably better airbnb options. read more

I moved here from the Holiday Inn because this was one of the few hotels in the area that offered a full kitchen which was beneficial to me at the time as I was staying for an extended period of time, a little over 2 months. First the positives, the hotel is in a very good location in terms of shopping, airport, interstate and restaurants. Some things are walking distance but I'm not too sure of the area, there were times when I would go running in the morning and see a couple creeps. Which, like one Yelper mention you do have some characters that stay here, a vast majority of foreign military, U.S Mil and Law Enforcement but also some creeps. The rooms are spacious and really are nice for longer stays. My room was clean and housekeeping for the most part was awesome ( except I'm not too sure how often they vacuum...). The walls are thin and I could hear everything upstairs which was annoy because there was nights I couldn't sleep. My friend who stayed near the pool also complained that was was extremely noises, so be cautious of that. They did do renovations and got new furniture while I was staying there so no complaints there. The pool area is very nice and for the most part clean! The grills, fans and sprinklers at the pool area are a nice touch. There are two separate pools which I like, one for adults and another for families. They do offer free breakfast and a light dinner Monday through Friday. After a month you get tired of the breakfast but it is a nice option. The free dinners are a hit or miss but again, it was free and Wednesday is the best night as it is Cook Out food (burgers n hotdogs). Now the biggest reason I left this hotel during the middle of my stay was the staffing. With the exception of the house keepers who all seemed super nice and hardworking, the rest of the staff is just strange-it is like a version of the the hills have eyes. The front desk is a mess when it comes to "extending" your stay. One person says yes then someone says they can't extend. To reserve a grill you have to drop off your ID but can't reserve a grill ahead of time...the only thing that seem to run smoothly at the front desk was getting extra toilet paper or getting a key replacement. The ladies at the front desk were much friendlier than the males-they seemed slow. I even got an e-mail from one of the "front desk" people written in all caps and misspelled words saying they couldn't extend my stay. The next day a manager wrote me but I had already made reservations elsewhere. When I checked-out I was suppose to get my receipt e-mailed to me...I had to call them afterwards because it was never e-mailed. The most awkward bit are the two ladies that run the food. As soon as you walk into the lobby you are often greeted with a "ROOM NUMBER!!" Even if you are not getting food. At times I would sign myself in and still get hounded down for that damn room number. The younger Asian lady was normal and seemed genuinely nice. But the other two were straight up weird. There is a term in Spanish called "chismosa" and this describes one of the ladies,who was constantly flirting with a couple of my coworkers, she even asked if I was dating a co-worker because I allegedly gave her a stank face for talking to him. Like lady please, just do your job. Get laid outside of work. The older Hispanic lady always looked grumpy and forced her friendliness. It was awkward. Just be miserable. She also would obviously give the working Hispanic men who were working more food than everyone else. It was blatant. I would ask her for stuff and she would just repeat it like she was slow or like she was mocking me. They should have hired her for security because the way she guarded that food was amazing, you would think she was taking the leftovers home as stingy as she was at times. I could go on but it isn't even worth the time. At some point they were handing out TripAdvisor comment cards and I just laughed. Overall? What I would say to management is hire new people. This hotel has potential but the workers are just too weird for me. Hotels are about comfort.There are so many options in the area so why settle for mediocrity? read more

I chose this hotel because I stayed there in 2012 and it was nice, it had space for the whole Family. But in 2018....Don't take your family here. This was definitely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The walls were dirty, none of the TVs worked, the whole room kind of felt like it was leaning....the countertop in the kitchen was basically falling down. The tub was peeling and flaking. I reserved my room for work purposes over a month in advance. Upon arriving around 5:00 pm to check in, I was informed they were waiting for me to arrive. I was informed there was no room available, as there was a gas leak. I understand these things happen and head towards the other hotel where they reserved a room for me. However, I'm a little agitated they did not call to let me know I could not check in. Upon arriving to the second hotel, the outside is not attractive as it has rusty doors and yellow caution tape around the pool. The next day, I was called and asked if I would return. I explained I would because the hotel chosen for me was not comparable. Thinking I was complementing them, they thanked me. I proceeded to explain it was not a compliment. I was upset. Upon arriving at the hotel to check in I voiced my disapproval again. I was told it was out of their control and sent to a room which reeks of smoke, is old and out dated, and dingy at best. The shower tub does not drain and the curtain floats in the water. After digging through towels, I managed to find one without hair on it. The floor was soaked, be sure to put a towel down. The hand towels were covered in black marks. Just awful. Since I have left I have contacted the office 3 times asking for proof that I was sent to another hotel, as I need it for my work records. I was VERY disappointed with my entire interaction with this hotel. I had booked and confirmed eight rooms for a basketball tournament. All eight rooms were secured with a credit card and I had a confirmation number for each room. 3 days before check in, I was told that they could no longer accommodate us, other guests had decided to extend their stay. As most other rooms that would accommodate families in the area were already booked with such late notice, I was forced to try to work with Chase Hotel. Of the eight rooms that I had confirmed, they were only able to give us 4. We were offered rooms smaller than those booked and confirmed, requiring families to split up. Several families found other accommodations so we reluctantly accepted the rooms. After checking in, we found the hotel to be extremely dilapidated. Each of the 6 rooms had a sofa that was so disgusting that it had to be covered with a blanket before one would sit on it. Coffee makers were missing carafes, drawers were missing, counters peeling, doors would not close and everything was just generally run down. Despite having to sign an agreement for each room about noise levels, one patron outside of our group was playing music well into the night and yelling to his friends. Repeated calls to the front desk did not stop the noise. Dog excrement lined the sidewalks and was not cleaned the entire three days of our stay. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful with directions but the management was rude in dealing with cancelling confirmed reservations. They did not respond to repeated phone calls or emails and were generally unprofessional. With the number of hotels in this direct area, save a few dollars and go to a hotel that is clean, not falling down and treats a customer fairly. read more

My husband and I were looking for a weekend getaway and we sure got it here! For the price we paid, we were expecting a more simple room, but it sure lived up to the name....suite. Maybe that's embelishing a bit, but there was a kitchen area with all the apliances you could normally want to use in our room, two tv's, a nice size bed, a couch and the bathroom was really nice. There we lots of amenities around the grounds of the hotel complex, but we didn't find time to go check them out. I got my own studio apartment. Very clean. Fully furnished. The kitchen is completely stocked. I needed to go to the mall, and they drove me there and picked me up. They also do complimentary breakfast and dinner. I mean hello! Where elese do you get all that? The staff is very helpful and there's a little community here. On 6/7/19 had reservations for the hotel. Upon arrival I had the worst service ever . Young hispanic Lady very rude and unprofessional. I will never visit this hotel again. Hotel looked good however the service was terrible. I want to say her name was elizabeth can't recall. I immediately called Expedia and requested a refund and went to Holiday Inn Suites and enjoyed our stay. I should of made our reservations with Holiday Inn, to begin with. Nice quiet location. Friendly/ courteous night staff. As soon as I put the key card in the door, the gentleman from the front was calling to make sure everything was ok with the room. He assured me that if there was any problem at all for me to call the front desk because he will be there all night. But the room was very expensive for no reason at all. Maybe we paid for having a kitchen in the room...I'm guessing. This is the reason for the three stars. One star for the room being clean and two for the friendly night staff. For $180 a night I'd rather stay at the Marriott. At least there I would have free coffee in the room and USB ports for charging my electronics. read more

Pros: Room is large clean Nice staff Staff very accommodating. Cons: First room smelled so bad we could not stay. The bathroom was literally falling apart. Bathtub was coming apart. Screws were missing on most bathroom fixtures Everything wrong was fixed immediately after complaint. They even bolted the toilet down 10 minutes after complaint. Second room Ran out of toilet paper Curtain looked like it had knife slash holes. Toilet not bolted down until complaint. They missed cleaning our room one out of 6 days. Ran out of Kleenex. Bathtub was coming apart. Soap so thin, only good for one shower. Note to management. Give a bonus to whoever is in charge of customer service. Upon checking, I was given a copy of a map that was copied over 20 times. Of course that map it's going to be blurry and hard to read. Not only was I not able to find my room, but also when I complained to the Front Desk lady all she told me was that the map was all she had. The hilarious thing was that she tried to have another guest who was staying there to play as he was the bell boy and have him show me to my room. I thought that was totally disrespectful to that guest so I asked the Front Desk lady if she was going to give this guest her wages so he could do her job. Another hotel employee who was cleaning the area noticed the argument and was kind enough to show me to the room. The room has a kitchen, but the cabinets are old and look dirty. The refrigerator doesn't have ice. If you want ice there's no ice machine. You have to go to the Front Desk lady and she'll give you a bitty bag of ice in a Ziploc bag. I'd never seen anything like that. I looked at breakfast and it was the lame cold continental breakfast with the cereal full of sugar completed with the other stuff that's not good for you. I passed on all that and got out of there. This hotel charged me about $115.00 a night. Before you book here think if you want to spend all your hard earned money on a nightmare like mine. read more

I would never stay in this hotel again, first of all it is not as it seems because the AC does not even work properly it was so hot; the maintenance crew couldn't figure out how to fix it so they transferred me to another room which was kind of old-fashioned. Things were breaking inside, the tables would wobble and last but not least I am covered in BEDBUGS bite there were so many BEDBUGS here are some pictures to prove these people need to get their shit straight! read more

On my way to Austin from San Diego I needed to stop and rest for the night and I decided to stay at the Chase Suite Hotel. My room was spacious, clean and relaxing with a full kitchen, a fireplace, living room area and large restroom. The hotel was clean and quite with friendly staff. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here and will be staying here again the next time I drive to California from Texas. This is a very nice place with awesome customer service. We are military and moving here. We stayed with them for over a month and they helped us out many times. We got a great deal and they even saved us the tax in the bill. They also have free breakfast and dinner during the week. The food is pretty good and helpful when your out house hunting. My family and I recently stayed at the El Paso Tx, Chase Suites and was charged $250 smoking fee, I tried to explain to management that we don't smoke, but he would not listen to my complain on the charge. I tried to tell him that the day we were leaving their was two gentlemen smoking down stairs and we had the door open because we were carrying luggage to our car, but he still insisted. This manager was not friendly and had a very poor demeanor. I will not do business with this Hotel again. read more

We relocated to El Paso and someone recommended this place. I sure em glad we listened. This place made this transition so so easy. From they're front desk customer service to the housekeepers and all the staff were friendly. The rooms are spacious, we were in a two bedroom suite with a mini living room and kitchen, the family enjoyed the space, we weren't cramped at all ... The breakfast and light dinner made it very affordable for a family of four. Oh and let's not forget that they are pet friendly at $10 a night!!!!!!!! I had an issue with room cleanliness here - I contacted the desk folks at the time and then when checking out. No one really cared. Left a bad review at TripAdvisor - the manager called me the next day. He comped the room even though I did not ask. I was pleasantly surprised with his response. I would take a good look at your room and sheets etc before I left the room after checking in - but other than that the room was pleasant, it was fairly loud given the other guests but at the end of the day it worked out. The manager Jorge is responsive once you reach him. I rate the room as 'pricey' not for the absolute cost but for the value received which really is only so-so. B-fast quality was b quality as well. My gf and I were excited to have won a 1 day stay at this hotel by liking their Facebook page. I had stayed there previously a few years ago and was not impressed the first time there. Well its free and we needed a Staycation so we jumped on it. The hotel was promoting their newly renovated units so I was hopeful. Check in seemed very quick and off we go... first impression was the parking. Parking was only located on one side of the complex so we had to walk past a few building to get to building 18. On the way there.....I was concerned because I could see numerous repairs needed on the buildings leading to building 18. Did I mention I am a facility expert? Nonetheless, the repairs would be obvious to anyone. Upon our arrival to unit 1823, I was happy to see new paint and the exterior of the building in order and suggesting that improvement were made. Once inside, we were happily surprised. Everything had been redone and done so with good taste. The kitchen, bath, living room and bedroom was all modern and upgraded. It was very comfortable. They are definitely on the right track. We slept great! The next morning we decide to enjoy the complimentary continental breakfast to guage the full experience. It was typical with eggs and potatoes, juice or coffee, and some cereal or bagels. I was hoping for some meat on the menu or a way to order something but not happening. There were two personnel working their but seemed preoccupied with their crossword puzzle to greet visitors and make them feel comfortable. At one point I attempted to get a bagel and the tongs were missing. I opened the bagel door and surgically removed a bagel ensuring not to touch others. This is when the woman (employee) looked over and in a louder than required fashion stated, "use the utensil". I was a bit embarrassed but explained that they were not there. She should have given me the benefit of the doubt. She then located some and placed them on the door. The next person used them and when complete laid them inside on the food. She didn't correct him although she was right there. I couldn't help thinking that my method was more sanitary. Why use the tongs if you just going to lay the handle on the food. She does need to work on being friendly and courteous. The overall experience was really good but as a disclaimer....only building 15 and 18 seemed to be complete. Hate for you to visit and not get the same experience. I hope they keep going with the renovations. read more

Was not the best place I've stayed but it was OK. Not dirty as others said but carpet could have used shampoo. A lot of stairs in double suites, and directions to room could be explained better as building numbers are odd. Don't know what others are talking about FREE breakfasts were very good and hot food was hot, did not have time for happy hour. Because it was a conference the lack of central lobby was a disadvantage. One shout out to Louie the free van driver it was a pleasure to ride with him to the mall, restaurants and the airport and he was someone it was good to meet. read more
