I had virgin brows so they were never worked on before. I'm the lazy gal who doesn't take care of her brow as much as I should. I was pretty nervous coming in since I didn't know what to expect. Jenny made the whole process (~3 hrs) non-rushing and very comfortable. She took time to map out my brows to ensure I will love them after. She asked me frequently to make sure I wasn't feeling any pain. She gave me detailed aftercare instructions and a cute pouch with all the necessary supplies. I have oily skin and for that reason, it doesn't absorb the ink as well. But after 7 weeks, it looked so natural! See the after picture. I just had my free touch up (~2 hrs) 3 days ago. It really helped enhance the shape and color very well (will post picture after healing). Overall, I really, really recommend Jenny if you're thinking about getting your brows done. I have been going to Jenny to get my lashes done for about a year now. I've also recently started going to Jenny for my Brazilian and under arm wax and let me tell you, SHE IS THE BEST! I've gone to so many different lash artist over the years, and tried so many different styles from megavolume to volume to Classics. I genuinely feel like Jenny has done the best job catering to not only my personal preference but just what looks good on my eyes. I've gotten volume, light volume, and classic sets with Jenny and there hasn't been a single one I haven't loved. she really does her best to get every lash and give me a quality set every time I come in. To start off Jenny is the sweetest person I've met! She took her time on my virgin brows and made sure I liked every little detail about my eyebrows before she started. I did ombré powder brows and I wanted them thin, it turned out just the way I wanted; color wise, thickness, and shape. She's patient and made sure I liked how she drew my eyebrows when she was mapping it, In the process, after she finished mapping and started on my eyebrows she made sure I wasn't uncomfortable and wasn't hurting. First and foremost Jenny is the best! Super sweet and very professional. I came to Jenny for brow correction, I had mine done awhile back from a different artist. She carefully assessed my brows before agreeing to work on me. I have oily/combination skin so I already know that it's going to take more than 1 session to achieved the color that I want. Jenny took her time to go through the process, what to expect and the after care. Asides from being very thorough, she was super careful when mapping my brows. I explained to her that I want bold brows yet natural, because I don't like IG model brows ( I know I was being hella picky!) but Jenny came through! She legit gave me the brows that I wanted!
