I have to give a little back story but it is relevant! If you want to skip to the part of the review about the actual service just skip to the " *** ". Earlier this week I had my sugaring appointment. I arrive to the Brea location and I get the text to respond that Im there. I respond and Im waiting patiently for someone to open the door. Im looking at the window and am noticing there are no hours posted for Sunday (the day I went). Hard to see but then I notice all the lights are off. Weird?? I look back at my texts and see that I booked for the Santa Ana location and not the Brea location. THEN I call the Santa Ana location and Lesly picks up. I told her I was at the wrong location and asked if she would still take me if I came right now and she said yes. My original appointment was at 12pm and she said she can squeeze me in at 1245pm. THEN I drove to the Santa Ana location. Thank goodness she said 1245pm because I got there at 1230 driving around looking for parking. I had never been in that area before. ***The door is unlocked and I go in and I am greeted by Lesly. She told me where to go and to prep myself. Now, I will say the room I was in had a weird smell. Not a nasty smell but like an old building smell. Lesly gets to sugaring me and honestly the pain level was 2-3/10. Also, Lesly is so cool. Professional and flexible. It really felt like a friend was servicing me. We talked about the world cup, Love Island, and others things I can't remember because I took too long to write this review! I was out of there within 15 minutes. She also recommended me a coffee shop as I asked her what was good in that area. This location is really out of the way but honestly I would probably come here again just because of the service! read more

I've never sugared or waxed any part of my body before, so I was a little nervous going into my Extended Bikini appt. All the nerves and jitters went away with how welcoming Jasmine was! She explained what I needed to do, how to position myself. And even explained the process of sugaring as she was actively sugaring! Her ability to keep the conversation going helped take my mind off of the first-time pain as well. I also appreciated her after-care advice. I had such a great experience that I decided to make another appointment for Lower Tummy are with Lesly later that afternoon. Just like Jasmine, Lesly was friendly and helped me feel comfortable. Funny enough, I decided to make a THIRD appt later that afternoon to get my eyebrows done by Jasmine, haha! Since I was brand new to this, my girl Jasmine explained all the benefits thoroughly and walked me through each step with ease. She answered all my questions and made me feel super comfortable right away. The studio is clean and professional. Before each appointment, you can set your stuff aside, grab a stress ball (love this detail), and they give you a wipe so you can freshen up. You also get plenty of time to get situated, which I really appreciate. Parking is easy -- lots of street parking, plus a nearby structure and lot if you'd rather go that route. If you are a first time brazilian person, I highly recommend getting sugared especially with DTS. They are so gentle and professional. I was scared for my first time but they did everything to put my mind at ease and gave me all the steps in what was going to happen. The shop is clean and cute. i have went here twice and the first time it was pretty good but the second time was not so great, the lady was nice i just didn't like the results of my eyebrow tint and shape and when i tried speaking up about it at the end i asked if i could get them thinner because i don't like my eyebrows thick and she just said it was just the tint but i could tell it wasn't, she didn't ask if i wanted them thick so im not sure where she got that i wanted them thick because the shape i came in with was pretty thin. i just had higher expectations since my first visit i was pretty happy with my eyebrows, just overall disappointing read more

Though, I'm not new to sugaring or waxing, it's always a bit unsettling having someone new exposed to such a personal area. I will definitely visit her again. Daisy did my brows. I am beyond picky with my brows. I knit pick everything and she absolutely killed it. She also was extremely welcoming. She asked me questions to ensure I loved the outcome.
