Jon responded to my request within minutes. It was easy to set up the service online and after paying electronically I immediately received an email that allowed me to track my driver. I received another email when the package was delivered. Red Tie was prompt, reasonably priced, and reliable. I will continue to use them anytime the need arises and would recommend them to all.

Once you finally reach a real person on the automated call, immediately ask for the highest resolution supervisor or you will just go in circles for hours, probably still will. Just terrible.
