Drove 87 miles one way to purchase a suit. Bought a suit but had to pay $6 for them to ship pants…read moreto their store from another store (really?). About 10 days later they phoned me and left me a message that the pants were ready for me to pick up. Drove 87 miles one way to pick up the pants. When I arrived at the store they told me the pants had to be sent to the tailor. Why the buttons were not sewn on the week they sat in the store I do not know. I told them they must pay me for my time and gas to drive to the store and back and they needed to deliver the pants to my house. They looked at me like I was a dumb ass so I increased my volume and got into their grill. Another sales associate said they could put the buttons on in 30 minutes and asked me to go buy a coffee (I don't drink coffee). Back in my younger days Men's Warehouse was great place to shop. The sales persons treated you like royalty and the tailors were in store and professional. This will be my last transaction with Men's Warehouse. They are a bunch of dumb **ses.

I have always appreciated how they will give you the same pricing as their website, no matter what the sale, and do it with a smile. Not to mention if they don't have your size, they ship you the product for free. I wanted to write this review because of our experience with Lu. When it was time to check out, she greeted us with a smile, asked if we had any questions, and started checking us out. She mentioned there were gift cards that got us an additional $40 off our entire order, and we could purchase and use them that day. This was on top of the store already having 25% off all items. She asked if it was ok, as it would take a few minutes, and we said of course. She kindly chatted with us as the process proceeded and we set up having an item shipped to us they didn't have. So I was glad to find that there is a Duluth Trading Company in this part of Oregon (there is also a location in Portland). Duluth Trading Company is dog friendly (another reason why I really like this brand). So my husband, our little girl dog and I stopped in a for a visit on a week day night last week. We were greeted immediately when we came in by 2 friendly employees who were putting up Christmas decorations by the front entrance. These 2 employees just loved our little girl and seemed so joyful and delighted when she came in (a normal response that I know others have also experience when they have met our little girl). Then after that, we began browsing the store. My favorite part of the store was the clearance section in the back, by the men's section. I always seem to find things that I like in this section, which is great at the discounted price. And even better than there is no sales tax in Oregon, so I am saving even more (at least that is what I tell myself). Overall, we had a great shopping experience and am sure if I lived in this area, I would shop here more often with our little girl.
