He was very understanding and stayed in touch with us for the following 3 months ordering supplies, checking on our delivery dates, etc., so he'd have everything ready to install for us. When we finally did schedule the start date, Mike dedicated 3 weeks to our project. He arrived on time, worked all day and stayed in contact every single day to make sure we were happy with that day's progress. Just an example; I had a walk in closet (2) with the clothes still hanging in it. Imagine a 5x6 enclosed space to work in sanding floors. When they were done not a spec of debris on the clothes.
