I ordered exactly what I wanted on a new Ford Expedition EL King Ranch. I was updated weekly, then updated daily when it came in. When I showed up to pick it up, lets just say when I told them what extra options I wanted done aftermarket they surpassed my expectations. From the beginning working with Brian Hinkle the salesmen, he was very knowledgeable and helped me build the truck and educated me through the entire experience. I would feel comfortable sending anyone his way. Truly made the experience enjoyable, ill be buying a new super duty from him this next spring. I was in the market for a new truck and had not initially considered getting a Ford....a full size was a bit out of my price range in my opinion. I went to just look at them so I could justify to myself that I shopped around more before settling on something else. Anyways I talked to Brent and he showed me this awesome brand new 2014 F150 XLT Texas Edition....wow what a truck. With it being truck month I was actually able to get that truck at an amazing deal so I ended up pulling the trigger and making the purchase. They gave me a great deal on my trade, much more than I expected to get! So, if you're thinking about getting a new Ford or any new truck then at least check this dealership out. I had been in the market for a 2014 Ford Raptor, and am currently living in Tucson, AZ. I am originally from Houston and am familiar with the area, however I could not come to an agreeable price with any dealers in AZ, so began looking back in Texas. I spoke with several dealers in Houston and San Antonio, but ultimately ended up doing business with Chastang. The reason for this was not only because we agreed on a price I could accept, but due to the impeccable service I received from Chastang as I did all me dealing over the phone with Mike and Randy and they were always responsive. Once everything was agreed upon I arranged to drive out there on the weekend to pick up my new Raptor. I visited several dealerships of all three major makes looking for a three-quarter ton truck. Chastang Ford was the most relaxed and the friendliest. The atmosphere seemed almost like I was coming in after hours to a friend's dealership and hanging out. For example, the first time I went to Chastang Ford, on a Saturday, as I waited a couple minutes for a sales rep to come available, one of the guys, I believe a service tech (whose name I can't remember), struck up a friendly conversation with me. My salesman, Mike Nowak, the manager, Mike, and the finance guy, Randy, all treated me with respect without being obsequious, were professional without being stilted, and conducted business as trustworthy adults, which was sadly a rarity among the dealerships I visited. Purchasing a truck from out of state can be intimidating. I relied on Chastang to make sure everything was correct and Ed Miller came through completely! Ed, Randy, and Cody stayed late on a Friday night to make sure I was able to pick up my truck (my flight was delayed 2 hours yet Ed was there to pick me up and get me to the dealership). My new 2017 F-350 was perfect! They went through the vehicle with me, explaining the many features and getting the blue-tooth and Sirius-XM set up so I could get on the road. We bought our new F-250 several months ago, we had maintenance done and there maintenance dept is as good as there sales department. We have been buying Fords for over 40 years. It's something we always dreaded, dealing with a salesman and the hassles. But It was an excellent experience and now I find out Chastang Ford also have an excellent maintenance dept.
