In the darkness, I honestly wasn't sure if I'd hit a tree or if aliens had just attempted to board my trailer. Daylight confirmed it wasn't extraterrestrials. It was just Mother Nature reminding me who's really in charge. Like most people, I wasn't exactly excited about taking my trailer to a dealership for repairs. We've all heard the stories. But Utility Trailer Sales Southeast Texas completely changed that experience. My service advisor, Brandon Garcia, was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. No surprises, no runaround, just excellent customer service and quality workmanship. Came in for an exchange on a tire air inflator and he told me that I couldn't get an exchange because it was already returned. I'm not sure why it said that, but I had the pump right there with me that I bought a month and a half ago I even had the receipt to show I was being very nice and professional about the situation. but snatching my receipt and crumbling it in front of my face not to mention taking my merchandise that I paid for that had one year warranty and wouldn't give it back to me. it was like a big slap in the face I was so embarrassed and had the audacity to rush me out of the store all I can say was wow that did not just happen to me all the money ive spent at O'Reillys over the years I shouldn't get treated the way I did. like I honestly don't see how he's a store manager. that's exactly what he did to me Everything is on camera. That made me not want to shop there ever again in life even though it was convenient , I'll drive to a further location if I have to to prevent running into him at this location I will never come to this location again.
