This review is for customer service only. The Queen and I went there to see if they could fix her computer. She is so hard on electronic equipment, like my mom...think it is in the blood. Anyway, she somehow broke the molded piece where you insert your power cord. No idea how she did that, didn't even know it was something you could break, but there you are, it's The Queen. Anyway we took her computer in to Chat Tech Solutions to see if they could fix it, The office is small but so cute. Very open space and lots of natural light. The gentleman who was working there was very pleasant and offered us beverages while he assessed the damage to the computer. He called someone because he was not sure if the repair could be done and it turns out, they do not do that type of repair because it requires soldering. However he was kind enough to recommend another place of business, which is where we ended up going to get the repair done. For me that shows a wonderful regard for taking care of the customer, even though they did not make the sale. I will definitely consider them for other work that they can take care. read more

I brought my HP desktop in 5 years ago on 6/04/14. I want you to know 5 years later, it's STILL working just fine. When I bought it originally, there were problems with the OS. I bought it in and explained the issues. Three days later, they called me and said it was ready to pick up. When I brought it home, it worked like a gem. I can honestly say I've had no issues since that time. The work they did was amazing and they even threw in a free mouse at the time because they were worried the one sent to me by the manufacturer was adding to some problems. As proof of what I'm sharing, here's the service sticker atop my computer. Note the date. Simply put, they are miracle workers. These guys are awesome and I highly recommend them for computer repair services. I brought my computer in because it was rendered unusable by viruses. They ran a free diagnostics check, found over 400 viruses (not surprised) and then gave me options for repair. Upon selecting a repair option, they did an excellent job repairing and restoring my computer. They were able to 'scrub' all my files, thus maintaining them on my laptop, and it now works like new. I have been recommended by a friend to try this place out a while back but never had any computer problems until recently. A few weeks ago my computer crashed and oh my I was freaked out! Thankfully these guys were able to get all my data out. My computer was running warm all the time and they even fixed that in the mean time. What really made me give them the 5 starts was though their personal service and the follow-up call. Our six year old laptop wouldn't charge. Rather than haul it down to the geeks at Best Buy, we decided to patronize a neighborhood small business. They assessed the issue and gave me a quote to repair. Given the cost to repair, I decided to buy a new laptop. Unlike a big box store, they don't have a showroom with a wide selection of models to play with; they show you pictures online. They had a small inventory of unopened boxes which remain unopened until you pay, at least 50% deposit.You know you're getting a brand new laptop. The guys were friendly and helpful. We'll have them stop by for a house call to take care of some wifi issues we've had since I changed routers. read more

Burac, Paul and their minions are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Paul also has a great tea stash he doesn't share with just any customer, but I bet he will if you ask him nicely. They've done two jobs for me, upgrading a computer running XP to Win 7 doing the whole clean install dance and adding more RAM. I aiso purchased an ASUS computer from them, and they cleaned up all the craplets and got me up and running in no time. I was helped by Daniel. I had a laptop that was missing lots of drivers and had a piece of hardware that was broken and I was hoping for advice on. Daniel told me what all my options were for resolving the issues, along with a couple other problems with the laptop, and the cost was pretty cheap. Communication was also very good. I was notified by phone and email when the job was done, and that was also quite fast. Basically one business day. My relationship with Chat Tech USA started after my system crashed and I brought my computer to the "GEEK SQUAD". Best Buy and the GEEK SQUAD basically told me that my system was so compromised that they would have to go through several procedures that had a hefty price tag. Which is what you can expect from one of these dummied down corporate america big box blue chip companies. I was given no direct answers, their analyzation of my problem was vague at best and their "repair" was half asked as they got my computer to run again but were unable to restore my lost files. I cued in on the lack of competence as I payed the bill and walked away defeated becouse I was delving into graphic design and audio engineering at the time and was distraught because the files I lost were a personal extension of my creative self, and I had audio recordings that i would not be able to reproduce again. On my way home from this dilemma I passed by Chat tech and decided to walk in and see what kind of operation they were running. I explained my problems to a Mr. Burac Surac and he looked me directly in the eye and told me that he believed that he could recover my files somewhat painlessly. I had already had a hefty bill from the geek squad and really didnt want to continue to throw money at a problem but I felt that the files that I needed to recover were valuable enough to try to make a second attempt at fixing my problem. I dont trust alot of people and I grew up on the streets and I can read people pretty well, I dont know much about computers, but this dude seemed pretty solid and confident about what he was able to do, so I entrusted my computer into his services. It was less than two or three days when Mr. Burac Surac called me back and informed me that my computer was working and my files were restored. He fixed a problem that geek squad said was unlikley to be resolved and did it at a fraction of the price. Although a few files were not in their original state, due to shareware software I was using possibly, this guy came through for me in the clutch. Since then, I have been solely using Chat Tech USA for my computer repair, upgrade and maintenence services. I have actually moved on to running a very advanced audio and video editing system on what has become my own small business and have had Chat Tech USA hand pick and assemble the components for the computer I am using now. As a small businessman trying to succeed I demand certain things from myself which I believe my customers expect from me. These things are a strict attention to detail, an ability to solve a problem whether it is convienient or inconvienient to do so, and the efficiency of having a thorough job done in a reasonable amount of time. I can tell you firsthand that the people at Chat Tech USA mirror this in my eyes and If they werent in business for themselves then they would be the only people I would hire for this work. The work they do is fantastic. I brought in my VERY old ibook laptop that had a dead hard drive and they replaced it and even updated the memory for me as well (as much as they could anyway, like I said, it is a very old laptop). :) I'm very happy with the work that they did and the timely manner that the work was done. I highly recommend them. The only issue that I had with them was that they said they would get back to me in a couple of days with an estimate and it took them more like 4 days. It's a small thing, but it matters when you're waiting to figure out if it's even worth it to get it fixed. But that's a very minor thing and they more than made up for it with the timely manner that they repaired it. A truly great service. read more

The worst service ever. No sense of urgency, no respect for customers needs, poor judgement. I left my laptop for repair due to a problem with the fan, the technician told me would take only 2 days to resolve, but almost 2 months passed and he ended up burning the CPU. No refund of the $150 paid for the service; the owner only offered an used laptop and I needed to pay the difference. The result, I had to buy a new laptop, buy all the programs, spend time reorganizing restores files, and a lot of stress having to deal gradutae courses,projects and other responsibilities without my laptop for 2 months. read more

The whole staff was very friendly, gave me a detailed estimate within 24 hours, and completed the required work within a few days. The pricing was more than reasonable as well.
