Great service and a large selection of watches, thanks to Christina for a great experience and helping me with my purchase

I came with my boyfriend (who's fairly knowledgable about watches) on a very cold and rainy day. They have a little spot for umbrellas which was nice. The security guard who greeted us was nice and upbeat, but his happy mood clearly did not rub off on his co-workers. We stood in front of a display of Omegas for quite some time, waiting for someone to come help us. A person was behind the display, but he was on the phone and did not acknowledge us whatsoever even if we were clearly waiting less than 1m away. He then left and someone else came over, said hi and then promptly ignored us when he received a phone call and he too walked away. A third person finally came over and started helping us. He did not say much and when asked about various watches, he either did not have an answer, had to check the back of the watch in question or gave a flat out wrong answer. We then headed over to see the Rolex display. The dealer there, Joe, was quite friendly and knowledgeable. He made jokes and seemed to know his watches. The service we received at this location was complete garbage (Joe excluded). Its completely inappropriate for any type of service industry, but it was especially bad considering the fact that this is supposed to be a luxury watch dealership. TL;DR the service here is worse than the service at an understaffed Target on black Friday. If you absolutely have to go there, seek out Joe read more

I don't know what to say about this shop... I was just shocked that you can buy a 30k$ watch without being sited, nor having a small coffee or advises... I first went buying a watch for my wife, and it turned out the watch had a problem, the mechanism was broken. We asked for a change, but instead, the person on the counter told us that the watch will be return to the manufacturer without proposing any counterpart or solutions. I finally bought my Rolex in another store, with a service, a sit and a coffee. I can't believe that this store can exist in 2018 in Montreal... I would avoid it in the future. I had a good experience purchasing my Rolex watch with the sales associate named Rachel. 4 stars for her. Unfortunately, it stopped working after one month of use of daily use on my wrist. Once I brought it, they told me there was an issue and that it would be covered under warranty. It's been a month, and I still haven't heard from them... I shelled out 25K for a watch that breaks after a month. Disappointed. 2 stars. read more

What a rip off this place is!!! when you come in they are tying to sell you stock that doesnt move at all, making you think you do the right thing and investment..I've purchased a Piaget watch after listening to their advise on it for 1 hour and once I've tried to sell it, I have lost 80% of value in not even 1 year!!! If you look for some bad service, this is the place to be.. I was disappointed how one of the seller there spoke to me. Perhaps due to the way I was dressed he did not see me as a serious customer. I simply walked out of there empty handed and I will never come back...! read more

A little bit snooty, but once they realized I knew what I was talking about in regards to watches, they were more than helpful. Once I had tried about 20 watches and made my choice, I asked for "the best deal" and stated that I wasn't into haggling. Richard then came up with a very reasonable price on a 15000 plus watch-about the same as many US discount websites. And they really are certified dealers with warranties for top end watches such as Rolex, Jaeger and Vacheron. I was more than happy to buy from a brick and mortar shop rather than a website where I would have to wire the money. read more

All the story start on march 22 2011 with a security guard that think gaving attitude to people entering the store is the way to go. Then a bunch of salemans more occupied talking eachother then welcoming me. Some of them should stop acting like they all drive Roll Royce and making many millions per year snobbing customer who enter their store. I was with my fiance looking for a 45K $ watche and ill just go to NYC to get it finally. I will also make my verry best to bad talk about that store. They probably dont even care about their image as the service never change since last 3 time ive hit their store. read more

I brought my watch to be repaired at a cost of one thousand dollars . The watch worked for about 3 months whereas I brought it back. i was just informed it will cost one thousand dollars since they claimed it was dropped . When, where, how i dont know since it was in there possession when the alleged drop (if it was dropped) occured. They will not return the original thousand for a watch that functioned for 3 months even though the repairs were guarenteed for one year. they also accused me of dropping the watch even though i did not. These people are not honorable. You would be wise to spend your money elsewhere. read more
