I brought my swatch in to change the battery, it was working that morning. the woman tests the…read morebattery and indeed it was dead. Spends some time behind the counter with the watch, is friendly and talks quite a bit. Then adds the new battery and the watch still doesn't work. She shows me that the battery is fully charged on the machine. Nothing to be done it seems. I come home to look at it and the metal connection between the watch and battery is not there. I go back two days later to ask if she noticed anything missing or metal that had fallen - she denies seeing anything other than some dust or having used anything other than a duster. I have had the watch for 5 years, changed the battery at swatch stores 3-4 times and there had never been an issue noted to me regarding corrosion or anything. The contact between the watch and battery was present that morning since I happened to see it's last tick. I believe that she removed the metal to force me to purchase a new watch at her store.

The security guard who greeted us was nice and upbeat, but his happy mood clearly did not rub off on his co-workers. We stood in front of a display of Omegas for quite some time, waiting for someone to come help us. A person was behind the display, but he was on the phone and did not acknowledge us whatsoever even if we were clearly waiting less than 1m away. He then left and someone else came over, said hi and then promptly ignored us when he received a phone call and he too walked away. A third person finally came over and started helping us. He did not say much and when asked about various watches, he either did not have an answer, had to check the back of the watch in question or gave a flat out wrong answer. We then headed over to see the Rolex display. The dealer there, Joe, was quite friendly and knowledgeable. He made jokes and seemed to know his watches. The service we received at this location was complete garbage (Joe excluded). Its completely inappropriate for any type of service industry, but it was especially bad considering the fact that this is supposed to be a luxury watch dealership. TL;DR the service here is worse than the service at an understaffed Target on black Friday. If you absolutely have to go there, seek out Joe
