Things only got worse -- I had to look for a server myself just to get sugar, and after asking, it still took another ~10 minutes. We waited around 25 minutes for the Philadelphia rolls, which is already quite long, but the result was even worse: there was barely any cream cheese. The taste was completely off -- just poorly made rolls with almost no filling. I visited this place about six months ago and the service was noticeably better. Now it feels like both the service and food quality have significantly declined. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

Boca does not have many options for dancing, especially Latin music. Got there around 8:30pm, a bit early but the place was already starting to fill up with people. A baby changing table is affixed to the wall also plagued with graffiti. These additions could be considered intentional or condoned but seem to fit the total ambiance of the bar. If you are in downtown Hollywood this bar with a cool as hell name should be a stop.
