Lovely venue for a bridal shower. We had a brunch and the food was wonderful and the staff was easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

The experience was incredible. Do yourself a favor and read…read morethe plaques. So many people walked on by and missed out on some insane history. We spent 2ish hours there.

Parking was plentiful, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. After a photo opportunity at the entrance, we were free to explore the museum at our own pace. As someone who isn't a huge football fan, I was mostly tagging along for my husband, who was excited to visit. While there were plenty of exhibits, we were surprised that some notable players we expected to see had very little presence. My husband enjoyed the experience overall but felt there could have been more to see. One thing that stood out was the lack of seating throughout the museum. If you're planning to spend a few hours walking through the exhibits, be prepared to stay on your feet. We spent about two hours exploring and found the two theater presentations to be the highlight of the visit. The films were engaging and, for me, the most memorable part of the experience. The photo packages offered at the entrance were quite expensive, with the cheapest option starting around $38 for digital downloads only. The gift shop was also on the pricey side. In the end, we purchased the digital photos and a few small souvenirs. Overall, it's a worthwhile stop for football fans, especially if you can take advantage of a combo ticket. While my husband was glad he finally got to visit, we both felt the experience was a bit shorter and less extensive than we expected.

The stuffed mushrooms were excellent, it was the best dish we got. Fish was fried a bit hard but still tasted good. The Raspberry Mojito was decent, the mint added didn't add anything but didn't take anything away. The service was fine, nothing amazing but nothing bad. It was dead when we went just some people at the bar and some golf bros that came in as we were leaving. The bad: Please offer bottled water, that tap water tastes straight from the lake. If it is bottle water it's the cheapest water I've tasted. Good thing I ordered lemon with it. The fries, there was so much salt that they burned to eat. Whoever was so heavy handed with the salt needs to scale it back a bit or offer the fries by default without salt. They had a good taste but it was lost to extreme sodium. The inside was clean, like I said it was dead so it was organized. The bathroom floor was sticky but it's not the worst bathroom I've been in. We might come back, we really enjoyed the mushrooms but I got my entire sodium allowance with just a couple of the fries. We barely ate the fries, yet we're not comped them as we stated they were bad. They removed the soda I had to ask for to get the salt out of my mouth because that water tasted so bad. Both plates of fries went back after the complaint and we still had to pay for them.

The surroundings were nice, seating was in a medium sized room with assorted table sizes. It wasn't crowded. Think wedding reception room half full. Food was subpar. Lasagne, Tortellini, sausage and peppers, vodka sauced rigatoni, salmon. No one finished their meal, but it was edible. Not great, but ok. It wasn't to my liking, not horrible, just not that good. All four of us were of the mindset to pass on this place in the future. I didn't take any pictures.

While the ladies enjoyed their party in the beautiful atrium room, the guys enjoyed equally amazing service out at the bar which had a sports bar vibe that they created just for us. Terri and Nella are incredibly gracious hosts who span this generational restaurant from its roots to the present and beyond. Food and service were beyond what you typically get these days. Throughout nearly the entire movie, two girls (roughly between 9-13 years old) were loudly giggling and talking. At one point, someone from the theatre came in, told them to quiet down, and then left. The noise immediately resumed and continued for the rest of the film. This alone made it extremely difficult to enjoy what should have been a great movie experience. When the movie ended, the same two girls ran up and down the aisles screaming. I later learned they were either the children of, or under the supervision of, a theatre employee -- specifically the same person who briefly told them to be quiet earlier. They were also seated in a rear section where patrons are apparently not even allowed to sit. There were very few people in the theatre, which made the lack of enforcement and professionalism even more noticeable. If this is typical of how screenings are handled, it raises serious concerns about management and customer experience. I believe the audience deserved better intervention during the film, and frankly, an apology or compensation would be appropriate given how disruptive the situation was. The Canton Palace Theatre is a beautiful venue with a lot of potential, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. I hope management takes this kind of situation seriously moving forward so guests can actually enjoy the movies they pay to see.
