Friends helped me restart it today, and recommended going to the NAPA store this morning assuming that I would need it replaced. When I got there, Julia immediately suggested testing it. It tested positive and said no replacement was needed. Whew! Apparently I might have left the door ajar or something on which caused it to die. I found this location to have pretty spot on mechanics and service advisors. I was able to get the work done in a reasonable time maybe an hour or an hour and a half. I went in the next day with my 2014 GMC truck to get the brakes flushed. When they attempted to do so encountered understandably a rusty bleeder valves on all four brake calipers. Instead of trying to take them off and possibly stripping or breaking them they did the smart move and Told me that the leaders were stripping because of the rust and rather than damage or break them they asked me what I wanted to do. Of course, I said that I have somebody that has more expertise with that issue(stubborn and rusty parts that need to come off ) and likely will have to torch some heat on them to get them off. I was very glad that they had the cognizance to stop and ask me first and I was very grateful for them doing so. Needless to say they did not charge me and I did manage to get the four brake bleeder screws replaced at another mechanic that I deal with exclusively for these issues. I will be back to visit this location to get service, as I feel very comfortable in doing so at the present time. Well done team!

I've had everything from regular maintenance to power steering hoses, transmission lines, transmission flush, starter replacement, etc. Never a problem with any of these. I am a former mechanic and was looking for a new garage. The first thing I did when checking out Fredericks was look at the shop. It was exceptionally clean and well organized. Everything had a place. They had the latest diagnostic equipment as well as other equipment that showed me they stayed up-to-date on the automotive trade. In other words, I know a great shop when I see one. Add to that the fact that the people at Fredericks are very professional, accommodating and friendly and you have a shop you can depend on. Are they a little pricey? Maybe, but you certainly get what you pay for and if you want some hack to work on your car in some dark, dingy cinder block garage, then have at it. If you want quality work by professionals then Fredericks is your place.

They charged me 60 bucks and told me my bike was good after 2 weeks being there, then when I when to pick it up the bike wouldn't start and the gas hose was not connected to the carb property. I left the bike there and after another week of me begging them to work on my bike they said "We haven't work on many of these were running out of options" Long story short I picked up my bike, they never gave me my 60 dollars back when I took off the tank to see if they even took apart the carburetor they didn't do anything other than throw carb cleaner at it. They made me go through 2 brand new batteries cuz they don't know how to use a digital multimeter had to change the voltage regulator on my bike. Common sense, most of these stuff is so simple when I checked the spark plug it looked like it was clearly burnt so I got another one for like 3 dollars and the bike started right the fuck up. I don't know much about bikes that's why I bring my 03 ktm 625cc to a shop so that I don't fuck it up myself and they don't even bother to check the spark plug most importantly tight the gas hose to the carb in a safe way. SCAMMERS. Terrible work ethic. Shows that anybody could own a shitty business in this country. I'm not mechanic but I will always try to work on my bikes/car the best I can so that I don't have to deal with clowns like these!
