After dining at a restaurant in the Finch and Leslie Square of the North York neighborhood, I noticed this branch of Chatime in the same plaza. It occupied a narrow suite with one long row of tables that could seat about 20 customers. All of the drinks were sold in regular and large sizes with a 70 cent cost difference between them. Regular toppings were an additional 70 cents each while premium toppings were a dollar extra. A set of eight drinks was displayed on the left menu screen as the best sellers. The most unique category was the Jelly and Juice in which boba pearls and coconut jelly were included as toppings. I defaulted to my usual which was a large fruit tea with added boba, less ice, and regular sweetness. The flavor this time was mango which happened to be the first on the list. Like in my home community, the number of calories for each drink was shown on the menu. The values seemed to stand out and looked more prominent than the prices. As for the drink, the tea flavor was decent. The boba quality was good as the pearls had been boiled to the right degree of softness. It didn't take long for the worker to process my order. With the currency exchange rate, the equivalent USD price was about 5.85. That was about right for the drink volume. A display case to the right of the service counter had macarons and cake rolls for sale. My experience at Chatime Willowdale was at an average three star level.

Delicious milk tea with grass jelly and roasted milk, no sugar. 200 calories less than bubble tea and equally as delicious.

Improved since I was here last time. It was during off-hours so no lengthy wait. I've figured out that a great way around the calorie nightmare of bubble tea is to order with 0 sugar and grass jelly instead of boba (tapioca). I actually prefer it. Pleasant lady behind the counter, who had just finished assisting a rude European tourist. She did not flinch. Admirable poise. Tea was delicious! They need to improve their baked goods repertoire, though.

I usually avoid most BBT places during prime time so I never have any issue with long wait or lines. Arriving at Chatime on a weekday around 3:30 pm. The parking lot was half full. There were a few people waiting around in a really small space with narrow alley. I really not sure where the line and who were waiting to order or pick up. It did feel a little disorganized. My usual Roasted Milk Tea with Grass Jello was made well. Just like all other ones I ordered from other Chatime's location. I cannot imagine how unpleasant it would be during peak hour. I would definitely avoid.

10/10! my favourite go-to: the employees are nice, music and ambiance is appropriate, and reasonable pricing for their food and drinks. their rewards system keeps you coming back, and there's always new flavours to be trying from!

Superrrrrr slow! Last night of BOGO FREE opening special promo! They can't handle volume at all! They say 5-10 mins but really it's more like at least 20-30 mins! With the BOGO promo lineup itself took abt 30 mins so in and out total of maybe 45 mins? The girl at the counter can't seem to even take a simple order, after repeating my requesting for pudding on top of my pearl bbtea, she even repeated it verifying pearls and pudding? After I paid I noticed she didn't punch it in and then she had to ring it up again... Man, how much training does it take to ring in bbtea?!?

They need to make their ordering process easier. Speaking slowly with a Canadian English accent doesn't make for a speedy order. Why not use an app and have patrons order (hmm may be even order online to reduce the congestion), prepay, and just pick up. This way, this eliminates the communication challenges; thus, allowing their staff to concentrate on the food preparation and not for all parties straining for what is said.

Ok tea, Ok time. I like how they are expanding fast within Toronto. The quality of the tea here is just A-OK compared to other stores. Sometimes I feel like the tea is water down a lot and lacks flavour a bit. The store is also a bit hidden away in the plaza but there are signs everywhere within the plaza to tell you where it is. The reason I come here often is because of the free one topping deal when you check into this Chatime. It works every time I go. Got to get that free grass jelly so make sure to check in!

Came back after the mad rush from the grand opening. The service speed is still lacking compared to the Markham and Richmond hill locations. The taste is also not as strong/ rich as compared to sister stores. Maybe the staff is still learning the recipes may try one more time and hope things change for the better

My favourite chatime place in all other places. They finish your drink within a reasonable amount of time, and deserts always taste fresh. Their raspberry macaroons are exceptionally good, could say that it's my favourite! Sadly this is the only chatime place where I have seen raspberry macaroons. I come here all the time to chill with my friends, and the staff are always welcoming and kind.

Parking is available around the block and underground, very accessible by TTC. Inside is not very big, but I really like the high ceilings that gives off a more spacious look. There are bar stools available for you to sit and enjoy - but it is more of a to go kind of style. Staff were very nice, helped explain what they have on their drinks and orders were quick. Drinks They have a variety of drinks available and ingredients are all sourced from Taiwan. This popular Taiwan chain has a signature touch to it. I would recommend Golden Bubble Milk Tea - it has a very strong flavour to it and the golden bubbles were soft and chewy. They also have a new Yuzu drink series that's either a green tea or black tea based. Both were really good and it has a really good hint of yuzu that compliments well with both tea base. What I also love about this place is their merch - there's a cup sleeve holder that's very fashionable and useful anywhere you go. I love how it's so compact, so very easy to carry around. Nice to see another BBT spot in the neighbourhood - hope to come back next time to try their summer ice cream floats!

They will answer ANY of your questions and give you great recommendations.so dont be afraid to ask if you have any qs. As for drinks, i actually had them in Asia before, and i would say its pretty similar. Their tea base if def different from other bbt store, and the after taste from every sip definitely shows it (which some love but some hate), but i personally think its not bad. Vibe wise, they have no seats, so its more like a buy and go kinda BBT store. I would just recommend them to either have the menu on their wall or the screen, so people can decide what they want beforehand rather than right in front of the cashier. Does get a little like awkward, especially for really indecisive people or "I" peeps like me Overall 4/5! :)

The Cookie Butter Latte was already sold out when we arrived, but we got to try the Cinnamon Latte and Brown Sugar Spanish Oat Latte from their new signature drink additions. Both had a strong espresso base that still let the cinnamon and brown sugar flavors shine. The Hanoi Egg Coffee instantly brought us back to Vietnam. It was rich, creamy, custardy, and exactly what we'd been craving since our trip. If our caffeine tolerance allowed it, we'd happily work our way through the entire menu in one sitting. The cafe itself has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that's perfect for catching up with friends, studying, or enjoying a board game date. They also carry a selection of Vietnamese snacks, baked goods, and seasoning kits to recreate your favorite dishes at home. She recommended the roasted coconut milk tea, and the pandan lotus milky. The roasted coconut was lovely, with crunchy bits of coconut, which gave the drink a unique flavor. You don't see a lot of drinks with Pandan, however, they do it really well here. We will be back to try other flavours when we get the craving for some good tea.

The space is filled with vintage European charm, with delicate decor and thoughtful details everywhere you look. It has a soft, almost dreamlike quality to it. When we arrived, the room was already filled with elegantly dressed older ladies, which somehow made the experience feel even more authentic, like stepping into a quiet London afternoon. The whole atmosphere is incredibly calming. The afternoon tea set is generous and thoughtfully arranged. Each guest gets their own pot of tea, and I chose a lemon mango blend that paired beautifully with the desserts. It was light, refreshing, and balanced out the sweetness perfectly. It turned into one of those afternoons where you naturally slow down, enjoying both the food and the moment. And of course, everything photographs beautifully. A small tip--reservations are highly recommended. Even on a weekday, it fills up quickly, and it would be a shame to miss out.
