They have a vast selection of wines and beers from all over the world and the staff is very helpful. You can find wines for any price point and they are easy to find because the store is laid out by region (which I love btw). Some stores are divided by type but I prefer by region. For the wine connoisseur, this is the place for you. However, those who aren't as educated in wine shouldn't be intimidated because I have been helped by both patrons and the staff. The lady who is usually at the front counter tells me about wines I might like to try and she is usually dead-on. If you see me in there, give me a lil "Heyyyyy" (I do frequent this place) Also they hold wine tastings on Fridays!

I get that you're 25 minutes away from closing time on a Friday, but as someone who has worked in customer service, I would have been fired for saying something like that.

We couldn't resist and entered the shop exclaiming, "This looks like our kind of party!" and we were instantly welcomed into the fold. It was an unofficial wine tasting for a wine the shop was considering ordering (a pino grigio that was yum). We met some locals and the owners, and we felt like we had just made some great friends. The owner and his wife and daughter were lovely and so knowledgable about their wines. And so fun to talk to! The store opens out in the back, and they have quite an extensive inventory (and some very nice but pricey choices).
