While he was there she showed him a plumbing issue that he couldn't fix so he told her she needed a plumber. Anyway, the estimate was really cheap! After they had been gone about 30 minutes to an hour, her plumbing issue got worse. I called them to see if he could just go back to see if they could help her in any way before I could get a plumber. They went all the way back out...a 40 minute trip, did a temporary fix and didn't charge me anything! I even tried to give him gas money and he wouldn't take it! I stopped by this morning, the following Saturday, and sure enough they hadn't gotten to it yet. Realizing it's the peak of busy season for small engine mechanics I decided not to make a big deal out of it and went on home. Even though there are no mechanics on duty on the weekends I got a call about an hour later saying my auger was ready for pickup. The manager on duty, being a mechanic also, took it upon himself to repair my equipment. I really appreciate that kind of service and will not hesitate to use them in the future. We were told the rebuild/remodel would be done in weeks which unfortunately turned into months.The subcontractors that were hired were clearly unskilled and unknowledgeable about construction. Frequently things had to be re-done multiple times because of poor craftsmanship and lack of skill.
