He went above and beyond to assist me with programming my new key fob. In addition to programming the new fob, he also synchronized my two existing key fobs. He even demonstrated how I could start my car using the key fobs, which I hadn't known before. Max also pointed out some issues related to my car on the computer readout that I was unaware of.
