Local news source but not easily accessible. They should take the would FREE out of the name if they are not going to offer it to be free.

The Book & Cover - Right there for no reason at all. It was the most uncomfortable we've ever felt here and we visit often.

We were the only ones in there and then two others joined us. I would NEVER suggest this but what I thought was random became really uncomfortable as a worker seemed to follow us in each room. My son was in one room, my little one in the kids section with me and my husband looking around. She just kept popping in and not asking if we needed help but just watching us. I didn't have a purse or a bag with me. I am darker and my husband and kids are lighter. I was going to brush it off when my little one went to pay for us books and then sat in the front room in the couch. It was just us and here she came again but sat down her laptop across from us. Now I am a mix of annoyed and pissed off. Would you like for us to spend money there or make us so uncomfortable we leave? My oldest picked up on it and asked what the deal was. I finally said out loud to my husband "why does she keep following us in every room?" I didn't want to make a scene so we went across the street and enjoyed some yummy goodies. I have no idea what that was about but that was the worst experience I've ever had in Chattanooga and we were from NYC. Please do better!'n

This marketing company is about as corrupt and unprofessional as it gets. I had invested a whopping…read more$15,000 in cash for them to build me a structurally sound website. What I ended up with was a site that I literally have to have a new company correct with many critical issues, like one of them being that an essential plugin preventing the shipping price from being enacted. After spending what is close to a year's income on this project, the company literally pushed the site off on me with the statement that they are done with me completely. They rushed me into accepting the site and even now expect me to pay them another $500 to own the site.... after $15k they are forcing me to pay $500 more. They say it is to send MY site to my host in what they said would be PERFECT condition. They said they would make sure the site works and everything is in order. But the site was not ok. I received it with many problems that I then had to do a mad search to find a company that could try and figure it out. Add to that more cost just to fix their errors! After they sent the site, they then refused to help with the things that were immediately not working. The company that built my site and that I paid dearly for, sent me numerous emails back where I begged for their help, like this one. Hi Michelle, Regarding the notifications when things are ordered, the people who are managing your site now will be able to assist with setting that up. Whoever you chose to manage your site will be able to assist with any further questions/edits. This means that a new company has to figure out the logic of their unprofessionalism and their many mistakes. Never before has a design firm cost me this much in heartache and aggravation and built me a site, and then abandoned me with not a training, nor testing the site once its migrated. Their insistence that I owe them $500 for a perfect migration and then not even fulfilling their promise to that is awestriking!!! I can't even begin to state that even in the process of building my site, they began to push back when I tried to explain how I sell my products. They threatened to charge more because they could not figure out how to position my products.... so it's not surprising that they wanted to shove the site off quickly, then abandon their post!

There's no wonder that this company holds so many business names, from Scenic City Magazine to…read moreDigital Smart Marketing. And they've not done anything good with any of it. They charged me $15k to build a website and only allowed me to view it once they handed it over. The structure of the site was so abismal that I am being forced to rebuild it with another expert. The worst of it, once they sent it to me (expecting $500 more for me to have it), they told me they want nothing to do with me or repairing the site. They made it look nice but had no skill to make it run. Don't trust their talk or promises. Even their marketing was useless... they obviously use China or India to get their work done!!! DISHONEST TO THE CORE!!!

Everything except for the sweatshirts seemed over priced. Staff was nice but times were just super expensive. My credit card was charged twice. I'm hoping one of the charges does not go through. I am waiting to see if it does. No one would answer the phone when we called. It was hard to find out if they were actually open. I called the University Center line and they were really helpful. The girl actually went down and checked to see if they were open. At least four people working and no customers ... should be able to answer the phone. We enjoyed walking through the University Center and seeing all the changes. Stop in for a look!

Cute little book store!…read more I spent several weeks this past year taking a class housed in the University Center at UTC. During my lunch hour, I would eat and then go look around the bookstore. I spent way too much money there. The store is small and they have a clothing section, a student book section and an area to buy notebooks and pens and such. I spent most of my time in the notebook around. They carry a variety of notebooks and they even sale Moleskine brand books, both UTC stylized and regular Moleskine books. They do have a small snack area where you can purchase drinks and prepackaged snacks, but I recommend stopping by a Walmart and getting your snacks instead. All in all the store is very quaint but is really expensive for the most part. You can find some unique items in the store that you can't find in other places, but if you need to buy a lot, I recommend Walmart or Staples. If you want UTC branded items, this is your place.

In the trendy Southside area of downtown Chattanooga, this is a WELL curated shop that also doubles as a tattoo shop I believe. Didn't get to spend a lot of time in here but this store is EPIC!! Dallos carries records that I have never seen in any other shop for real. Great variety of genres. The jazz section is EPIC! You WILL find something you are looking for in here. I mentioned a few recommendations of records I'd like to see and the owner, Marlo wrote it down. Wouldn't surprise me if it's in the store when I come back. Prices looked good on the mostly new sealed records. I plan to spend a lot of money in here when I have more time to browse. GET HERE vinyl lovers!!

They had abba coasters and Kendrick. The staff is like super cool. And if you look at their recommendation box they are filled with straight gasss. The cost is the same as Walmart or Amazon and tbf I'd rather support an in person vinyl store than online or giant commercial companies anyway (even if it cost $10 more (which at Dallos' it isn't)). Even had a fkn graduation cd. Haven't seen one of those in like 5 years. Would blow my whole paycheck at this store in like 15 minutes. I got melodic blue, death row, and dj Khalid (and a coaster gkmc). Absolute 5 star. Tattoos too? I guess maybe the workers know how to do that... like wtf?
