Needless to say I was not happy with what was created when my son sent me a picture, thanking me. I contacted Grafe Studios via their website as it was now after hours. And I also left a negative review, as I hoped that would make someone take notice. Todd Grafe contacted me today, was very dismissive and rude, asking me what would make me happy so he could move on. I asked for an arrangement like what was expected be delivered as a replacement. He tried his best to talk over me, mansplaining at it's best, and attempted to make me feel inferior since my children politely accepted the flowers delivered. Like all of this was is the recipient's fault? When my husband, who was watching my end of the conversation, inquired, I referred to Mr Grafe as an "asshole", because in my opinion he was being a real jerk. I really couldn't believe a business owner would act like that. I was an inconvenience to him. Needless to say, Todd heard my characterization of his behavior and was not pleased. I don't feel obliged to erase what transpired. I won't participate in his QUID PRO QUO game. My advice, choose wisely.

Honestly, any business that welcomes our dog, I will almost every time purchase something-it means that much to me! The store holds a variety of items. It is a souvenir shop but this is probably one of the most unique souvenir shops I have ever visited. I like to purchase items when I travel that are locally made and this store had some items like that. Hubs and I took turns browsing the store and speaking with the owners, which made our experience more personable. I wanted to find something like an old souvenir Chattanooga vintage train but they did not have what I was picturing in my mind. Instead, the owners showed us trains they had in the window and offered to sell us the whole set but I could not afford it. Instead, we bargained for me to purchase a couple of pieces of the set. I thought it was very special of them to do that. We purchased some other souvenirs but none of them were sentimental like the train set pieces. This visit, I discovered that they carried Divine Purity Incense and ventured to try Cocoa Amber. The Divine Purity brand lip balm has always been a favorite of mine so I knew the scent of the incense would most likely be top quality as well. The scent of the incense was perfect from start to finish. I liked the incense so much that I went back and bought several more scents to try. Can't wait to visit again and see what new items have arrived. Service: The staff are always upbeat and pleasant. Do not park in the Walgreens or you may get towed. There is also parking at the nearby park. The staff was friendly and the prices were what you'd expect. Overall, I love this idea and would rather support local artists than some multi million dollar corporation.
