She did not perform what I felt was a thorough examination of my daughter, and her manner toward us was lacking in compassion and respect. Because I was not confident in the care my daughter was receiving, I left and took her directly to the emergency room. There, the hospital staff properly evaluated her condition, treated her and resolved the issue. While I am grateful for Dr. Alvarez and the care he provides, this experience with the PA was extremely disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of patient care and communication in the future.

I started off with Pediatric Associates for his first few newborn visits as he was still covered under my insurance for the first 30 days of birth, but once I received his insurance information in the mail this doctors office is who we were assigned to for our primary care. I actually really liked the office and the staff and will be coming back here. It's much nicer to be a patient and feel treated more like a human than a number as opposed to Pediatric Associates.
