The other barber Samantha was the person to greet me after sitting down for 5 minutes. She seems really nice. So since I had a good cut I had my son go in to get a haircut by Phoung. Again no greeting and there was a client's child in the chair. Appointment time rolls by and Phoung took the child's father in the chair. Phoung finally asks if we have an appointment and then at this time it has been 15 minutes past the appointment time. She states that she didn't know she had an appointment. The nice man asks if he should get out of the chair....Phoung says no and then proceeds to pass the haircut to a different barber. They seem to be good at cutting hair but lacking some courtesy.

She even apologized and informed me she was taking long (which was not dramatically long) because she was trying to figure out how she would approach cutting his hair there. When she was done I could not believe how good it looked as we had just come to accept that was his hair and it would just always stick up back there and look a bit awkward. They gave me a card to "make an appointment next time." No accountability for making a customer wait for more than a hour and taking two haircuts (instead of "being next") My experience is there is a lack of respect for other people's time and unprofessional treatment of customers.
