The first time she cut my son's hair she really studied how his cow lick hair grew. She even apologized and informed me she was taking long (which was not dramatically long) because she was trying to figure out how she would approach cutting his hair there. When she was done I could not believe how good it looked as we had just come to accept that was his hair and it would just always stick up back there and look a bit awkward. We were wrong we just had not found a barber with the skills that Blanca has. On top of being a great barber she has an amazing personality and is very kind and so easy to talk to. She is so friendly and is great with our 8 year old. We highly recommend her and will only be going back to her.

After waiting over an hou, the woman who said we "would be next" explained that the male stylist had to leave and she was going to wait for her next appointment to arrive. I left WITHOUT haircut. They gave me a card to "make an appointment next time." No accountability for making a customer wait for more than a hour and taking two haircuts (instead of "being next") My experience is there is a lack of respect for other people's time and unprofessional treatment of customers.
