The morning of the start of the project, Alex came to go over the project with my husband to make sure they were both understanding of the work that was to be done. My husband was concerned about a drain pipe next to where the cement would be poured, and was worried about it being damaged during the dirt removal. After the dirt was removed, Alex ran water down the drain to show us that the pipe was undamaged. He listened to my husband and made sure to pour the cement a couple inches from the drain pipe, so there was no chance of any damage. Alex was also very flexible with scheduling. He was able to reschedule the cement pour day on short notice, so that my husband would be home on that day. Alex and his crew arrived on time, which I appreciate. I've had a lot of work done in the past, and it always upsets me when contractors are late. At the end of each workday, the crew cleaned meticulously to ensure the work area was clear of dirt and debris. Alex and his crew were always respectful of our property. The only downside was the concrete work done in the front of our home, they informed us there is no warranty on concrete during the quoting process because concrete does crack, we just didn't anticipate it happening within a couple months of the work being done. The company did offer to do crack filler for us which helped a bit but doesn't completely remove it. I highly recommended this team because of their customer service and work ethic. They also had very good pricing compared to most of the other vendors we quoted with.
