Painting is finished... Boy am I tired! No, I didn't paint it. For the second time we used H P Painting Inc. They do a fantastic job. They trenched around the house, power washed, patched/repaired any wood/stucco, sealed around all the wood (windows, doors, etc.) & and basically did a great 'prep' job. Painted to perfection all the stucco and trim and also applied a sealer all the way around the house to keep the mold creep and water stains. Best of all, when they left, they cleaned like they were never there! Highly recommend! read more

Alonzo and his team did an awesome job on my home. I called him 3 different times to meet me at my home before I decided what company to go with. Each time he showed up the very next morning (on time) and went over all the questions I had. Alonzo is very nice to work with. I got 3 quotes and Alonzo was the best. Total inside of the house and trim on the outside. He has a great team. I stopped by many times and the guys were always working and were very nice. We just moved into a new home and it had white walls everywhere! The people who lived here before have been here for 15 years and when they removed their pictures from the walls, there were so many holes and discoloration, making it look hideous! We called several painters to give us estimates and HP Painting gave us the best quote. We looked at samples of their work it was excellent! For us, they patched up the holes and paint over them. Now our house looks brand new. We can't wait for our housewarming party so we can show off our new home! We are going to use them again to repaint the kitchen cabinets so that they look modern. He was early to the free estimate, and was courteous and professional wearing plastic covers over his shoes. He didn't take long to come up with a very reasonable price. HIGH PRAISE FOR GOOD WORK. I have not had a lot of experience with house-painters, but when half of the 17 firms I called did not even bother to call me back, I became very wary of the ones who did. Fortunately, the one I chose - HP Painters in Riverside - did everything I asked for and hoped they would do. And they did it on time, on budget, with great attention to detail. Really. First class quality all the way. Working with Alonzo and Elmer and the crew was a breeze. It's rare to work with any contractor and have no complaints or disappointments at the end. I would not hesitate to recommend Alonzo's team to anyone looking for good work. In fact, I have already recommended them to friends and neighbors. They are not the cheapest bid you will find, but they just might be the best. Did I mention I live In San Clemente and they had to drive to and from Riverside every day to complete my job? Or that Alonzo did the same more than once to make sure we agreed on all the details that needed to be done prior to starting work at all? I'm not sure why H P Painting has a 5 star rating with 8 reviews? They must do a great job although I wouldn't know because I've spent the last 3 days waiting to hear back regarding a quote. I give H P Painting 2 stars because Alonzo did answer my call and requested pictures be sent over via text regarding the wrought iron fence paint job I was inquiring about. Maybe the job wasn't big enough for Alonzo. So if your looking for a painting company who will waste your time (at least that was my experience) give Alonzo a call! read more

Truly, our home looks brand new. Alonzo and his men went above and beyond. HP was contracted to paint the entire house, retexture ceilings in dining and kitchen, frame doors, and install baseboards. Alonzo and his men did an absolutely amazing job in every area. Alonzo even went so far as to retexture more than was contracted just to ensure the ceilings would match between the hall and living room. He then retextured the ceiling in two bedrooms because he said it was just "easier" than making repairs. Unexpectedly, their were big holes in the ceilings hidden under large medallions for the fans, but after they were done, you couldn't even tell there was a repair made. Seamless!!! I had a mantel installed on my new fireplace. When I started looking for a painter I came to yelp. The first two painters I called told me the job was too small. I quickly became discouraged. When I called HP painting, Alonso answered the phone which was a pleasant surprise. I told him what I needed and he asked me to send him a picture.
