I found this little gem when I was trying to find a you-pick orchard near Albuquerque a few years…read moreago. There's no other place like this in the vicinity of ABQ!! They'll give you a 10lbs bucket (if you fill it, it should be about 10lbs) and a picker. They have so many varieties of apples you can just roam and pick all you want. There's a horse stable adjacent to the orchard and they were super friendly me & kids with me. One actually followed me around and wanted to be carressed The whole property is not very large but it's perfect for a family picking There are many kinds you can pick according to the season you visit. I think their Golden Delicious is better than anyone else's! I never liked it till I had theirs. They weren't open last year due to flood and I was heartbroken but I'm happy that they reopened for business this year!! They also sell variety of honey and you can taste the different ones. The kids got to play a scavenger hunt for a gigantic spider on one of the trees for a honeystick. How fun I just love this little orchard and so happy I found it!!

However, their limited supply of ARKANSAS BLACK APPLES and STAYMAN WINESAPS in my opinion are the most delicious apples you can ever eat. They're also used to make apple cider. These people are good friendly, honest and hardworking people who deserve your support and business. Keep them going. They are a MUST visit. Mike Santullo Albuquerque, New Mexico

I reached out to the business and they were super responsive. I asked if they could make it in Dark Chocolate and they were able to! So I placed an order. The shop is a little hard to find but they were quick to answer the call that I was lost. Trust your maps! We picked up the order and it was a hit! The little hammer that's included is such a cute touch. The Dark Chocolate was perfectly sweetened and the Strawberries were ripe and fresh. Definitely recommend based on that, but much more. All of the treats on display looked so delicious and they make them fresh in the back! If you're interested in some sweets, definitely check out Teri's Sweet Garden!!

I have to play it safe and go four stars on this one, even if the pickles deserve a fiver…read more Yeah, I said pickles. Nuclear pickles. They're actually entitled "Red Death Chile Pickles" and I discovered them at -- where else? -- the Southwest Chocolate & Coffee Fest. You know, that's a natural place to sample molten-mouth-melting, um, vinegar cukes. Yeah, random, right? The wife took home a few bars of chocolate. Me? Pickles. But jaysus, those babies have been my breakfast treat -- I'm not kidding -- all week, and I'm infatuated. I'll save the fifth star for a visit to the shop. I'm something of a chocolate snob, and I've yet to find out if Terri has the skillz to pay the billz, but man, those pickles... Killer.
