Once seated, it took another long while for a server to appear with chips and a very tasty salsa which proved the best part of the meal. Looking over the menu and the "tourist"Mexico decor and colors, I could tell it was distributor-driven. The beers and the desserts had obviously been distributor "suggestions". My experience over the last 35 years eating out on the road several hundred times a year made it obvious. I decided on a burrito plate and asked the server which chile was spiciest. He said the red was very spicy so I went with the burrito chile colorado. C'mon dude, this is New Mexico! That chile wasn't spicy at all! Utterly bland is the word! So dinner was a big disappointment.. When I was done, I was asked if I wanted dessert. I asked if anything was homemade. Nothing. It all came industrially produced by a food service company. This place is not my style. I won't be back.
