When I told her I wanted a slit, she pinned it conservatively so she wouldn't make it too high, then had me come back to try it out and we decided to make the slit go higher. She also educated me on the different bustle types and gave me great recommendations for everything. It was all done by the 3rd visit and the turn-around times were only days apart! The pricing was totally reasonable too. I was really nervous about finding someone I could trust with a very special task and I highly recommend. She's knowledgeable, talented, and sweet! She has sensory issues and hates certain closures so he's also taken extra care to add a heavy duty metal clasp on the side which has been much easier for her to get in and out of. I recently had my stepfather go get a suit tailored and Saeid completely transformed his this for him. He's in his 80s and he's never had a suit tailored like that in his lifetime. I highly recommend him for his suit tailoring skills. Any comments about his store hours - I've never had an issue with this. However, he is the only one working at the shop. I came in today and told him that I had been to the store three other times and talked to three different employees about a white dress shirt I was pretty sure I had dropped off but did not have my ticket. I explained that I had gone home twice and checked at home and I was almost certain that I had left the shirt there to be cleaned. He checked on the computer, could not find it. He called the SL store and checked with them and his manager. No luck. He checked the lost and found, no luck. So, I figured I was probably wrong and had lost the shirt or it would turn up at home. Then I received a phone call about 5 minutes later after I had left. Caleab had started looking more in depth when I left and was able to locate the shirt that someone had put under our name with a wrong spelling under a different account. It was also not in the normal place but rather in a different section he called "Voids". I was so impressed! Instead of just letting me leave and forgetting about it, he went the extra mile and found my shirt!!!!!! This was after I had been there three other times and had three other employees tell me it was not there. Give this young man a medal! To many times you only have bad reviews or bad emails.
