My sister told me that the owner was great and fixed them all the way she wanted and did an amazing job on them, and also did them really fast. I lined up a time, 10:30 am, the door sign said they opened at 10:30 am. She didnt show up 10:50 am. I want her to measure so I knew what size I needed them, she said she doesnt measure. I have to tell how far to bring them out. She said again she doesnt measure. I told her Dillards measured when I bought the pants, she told to go there. Terrible performance and customer service. Amazing experience! I had my wedding dress custom made by someone in CA and there ended up being a couple of minor things I wanted to change. After reading a few reviews, I called in advance (yesterday morning) to see if I'd be able to stop by after work and she said to text later in the day to check in with her - if she couldn't see me at that time, she said she'd for sure be able to help me the following morning (today). She was super great at communicating/coordinating with me and I was able to come in at 8am today. We talked through exactly what I wanted fixed/changed and she said she'd have it ready by tomorrow at the latest. She texted me before I left work today and said it was already finished! :) Very reasonably priced, especially for working so quickly and last minute - she seemed very busy, but was able to squeeze all this in before she leaves on a vacation next week. I went here to have my wedding dress altered (straps shortened, slit closed, bodice taken in, bustle placed) and it turned out beautifully. The work is fast and clean. I more recently took 3 more dresses in for minor alterations and she had them ready before promised. I highly recommend this establishment. Fair prices and quality work. Do not go here! I made an appointment based off of all the good reviews I saw on here and Google. I showed up for my appointment, she wasn't there and when I called, she said she would be there in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later she shows up and unlocked the store. When I walked in it smelled SO bad and the place was filthy! I gave her the benefit of doubt, still hung up my wedding dress and told her what I needed: new zipper because the one on it wouldn't go up unless I messed with it myself and a few stitches to lower the slit on the leg. She said "oh so the dress is too small for you." I told her no, it fit perfectly, the zipper is just bad. She told me zippers are always like that on dresses, especially if they are too tight. I explained this was the second dress I had ordered of this exact one, and the other zipper worked perfectly but the dress had a few stains so I exchanged it. She looked around and said she could sweep a little and I could try it on to show her but she was just trying to save me money. Nice thought but it really did need a new zipper. I zipped up my dress and left. I should have known from the horrible smell and how dirty it was that this wasn't the right place. read more

I was so excited when I found someone who had amazing reviews. I did not expect to leave this appointment feeling guilty about my body. She was negative the whole appointment and kept telling me "You're not slim anymore so it doesn't fit right" she kept telling me "This is going to be a lot work" and kept huffing about my dress. She kept saying "I need a whole month for this and I have a lot of work" I finally left. It was a horrible experience especially after not trying my dress on for 2 years due to COVID. I felt like she was overwhelmed with dresses and didn't want to do the work so she just kept it negative for me to leave.
